The space
LIVING
With a comfy 3 seater couch and two armchairs there’s plenty of space to lounge in comfort. TV with Chromecast and Apple TV so you can stream from your device (TV is not connected to an aerial). Netflix is provided.
A Dyson tower heater for heating in winter and cooling in the warmer months (in addition to a large high velocity floor fan).

OUTDOOR
Deck at the front of the property with gated access to the street. The access to the studio is through the sliders off this deck.

BEDROOM
Although the studio is one large space, a billowing linen curtain separates the bedroom for privacy. A queen-size bed pimped out with a comfy Ecosa memory foam mattress topper and replete with down pillows and duvet and soft linens. There’s a blockout blind as well as a linen gauze curtain for privacy.

KITCHENETTE
Includes bar fridge (no freezer), sink, microwave, jug, toaster, glassware, plates and bowls, utensils and a few kitchen essentials such as olive oil, salt and pepper.
No freezer, hot plate or oven.
Teas and coffee maker with Allpress coffee pods provided.

BATHROOM
Heated towel rail with Città towels, bath robes, hairdryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided.

Turkish linen beach towels also provided.

LAUNDRY
Washing machine and dryer, as well as drying rack and iron.

Guest access
The entire ground level of the property, including the deck, is for your private use. The studio has its own street entrance from the deck.

Other things to note
The minimum night stay and No Pet policy is non-negotiable, due to the amount of time it takes to clean and prepare the space for the next guests.
This accommodation is also not suitable for babies and small children.
