其實Booking我都唔係透過電話做,因為佢哋嘅電話好似長期冇人聽,係見到佢有得係官方網上做預約,揀完人數、日期、時間,佢之後會有SMS做通知。

去餐廳既方法有幾種,可以喺九龍站圓方嗰度經天橋行過去,大概行15至25分鐘,但夏天行實在太熱,可以喺圓方的士站附近嘅小巴站搭過去,當然都可以直接喺的士站答的士過去。

Pano同其他西九餐廳唔同,佢係一樓嘅觀景台,遠處睇好似一座巨型玻璃藝術品咁,夠矚目,餐廳設計有格調,地理位置極佳,景觀開揚,四周綠草如茵,唔怕地下嘅餐廳有草地會太多人影響景觀,加上文化區內既藝術氛圍,令人可以遠離都市繁囂,享受悠然寧靜既片刻。事前有做功課,其實室外影相會更靚,但嗰日陽光實在太普照,坐出邊實在太熱,而且我冇特別係Booking request寫室外位置,本身有諗過要求室內但係近窗口位置,但當日打電話去發覺冇人聽所以要求唔到,最後係冇要求嘅情況下佢俾咗室內嘅入邊位置,因為去到已經見到近窗口位置俾人坐哂,因為喺餐廳用膳嘅唔一定係食下午茶,有啲係食緊晏晝所以一直坐緊。餐廳入邊每張枱間距適中,有充足私人空間。

茶方面pano同palco一樣都係用twinings嘅茶包,雖然唔係佢哋自己出嘅茶,不過twinings嘅茶不嬲有質素保證,飲落夠順滑,而且再沖第二次茶,茶味仲係好濃郁。
我揀咗earl grey,飲落係想像中嘅清香,食到個口腔好重味嗰時,用嚟refresh一下口腔非常適合。

係一個帆立貝剌身配三文魚,會喺上三層架之前上嘅前菜,連同粟米湯、龍蝦包一齊上。作為前菜賣相精緻,扇貝係冷盤,食落夠冰凍,夠新鮮,入口鮮甜爽口,上面有三文魚籽做點綴,加上蕃紅花沙律醬同日本小蘿蔔,食落輕盈,冇諗過可以喺下午茶食到一個咁嘅前菜,係一個出色嘅前菜鹹點。

同帶子、龍蝦包一齊上嘅係栗米濃湯,用一個杯上而唔係平時嘅碗上,同palco係好相似 ,不過palco係龍蝦湯做前菜,又係下午茶唔常見嘅鹹點,感覺自己係食緊午餐多過下午茶,粟米湯飲落唔係凍冰冰而係暖暖地,入口香濃綿滑,粟米味夠濃郁,留喺口腔係粟米嘅甜味,絕對係將粟米濃縮到一個小杯入邊,如果係冬天飲簡直係暖身。

3️⃣ Lobster Brioche. Tartar Sauce (👅: 9/10)
最後一個鹹點前菜係龍蝦包,龍蝦絕對係palco、pano常用嘅食材因為palco有一個鹹點前菜係龍蝦湯。
龍蝦肉用他他醬調味,咬落彈牙爽口有嚼勁,夠鮮甜,麵包係法式麵包,烘得好鬆脆,食落有焦香,一爽一脆,食起黎係享受。
龍蝦包可以同粟米湯配合黎食,令到唔會淨係食包好乾。

之後又係下午茶唔常見,加左高貴魚子醬既三文魚三文治。
本身對下午茶既三文治不予期望,因為一般配料唔會太驚喜,三文治食落好乾。不過呢個魚子醬作為三文魚點綴,份量唔多唔會喧賓奪主,隨左加添左鹹鮮味之外,三文魚既鮮味更加突出,整體唔會太鹹好平衡,三文魚令到三文治唔太乾,絕對引人入勝。

食過Palco,就會覺得鵝肝唔新奇,Palco係一個鵝肝馬卡龍,而今次係鵝肝醬多士。鵝肝醬味道夠濃郁,咬落係滑溜,而上面既新鮮雜莓醬中和左鵝肝既油膩感。而多士係炸麵包底,好似食緊蝦多士咁,咬落夠酥脆,鵝肝多士永遠都係絕配。

鹹點其中一款最鍾意既係呢個松露蘑菇撻,本身特別鍾意松露,加上利用松露係PANO同Palco既拿手戲,羅上手已經香氣撲鼻,食落松露味香濃,絕對足料,同蘑菇非常之夾,味覺同嗅覺都係享受,加上酥脆既撻底,一軟一脆,口感豐富無比。

呢個係一個紅莓拿破崙,咬落算酥脆,味道唔會話好酸,食落係開胃,中間既吉士醬幾香滑,兩者味道匹配。

因為我個人好鍾意食Tiramisu,所以對Tiramisu嘅要求幾高,喺香港食過唔錯嘅Tiramisu,自然會同真既Tiramisu比較。
佢係一個cone上邊有啲Tiramisu既慕絲,造型好似一個雪糕幾得意,Cone插住下邊既應該係朱古力脆脆,我其實有食過少少,但味道唔重,食完諗緊係朱古力定咖啡碎,但食完店員叫我唔好食,可能佢哋冇expect過客人會攞嚟食,應該裝飾為多或者要重用。
慕絲因為份量太細,其實好難將一個完美嘅tiramisu 濃縮到落去,一個好嘅tiramisu應該要食到cream、咖啡味、酒味,每一樣嘅味道都要平衡,不過依個嘅Tiramisu只係食都好表面嘅味道,食唔到好有層次嘅三種味道,味道都唔算話好濃郁,至於佢個cone 我覺得係敗筆,因為咬落去完全係腍唔係脆,腍即係佢整咗好耐擺咗好耐,或者本身冇好認真想整好呢個cone,整體來講呢一個甜品係成個Tea set最差既一道菜。

Scone都係自家製,食落幾鬆軟,唔會好乾,牛油味食到,不過切開時易散開,Clotted cream 味道幾香濃,食落夠滑,略嫌scone大細比起出邊細咗啲。

用開心果整既甜點比較小見,呢個係一個開心果巴伐利亞,用小杯盛裝既開心果布甸,開心果味道濃郁,咬落係輕盈順滑,入口即化,上面仲會有粒粒開心果碎,令到口感倍添層次。

同palco一樣,食到差唔多一半個時就會上雪葩同雪糕,呢度嘅style同程序都係非常相似。雪葩食落係檸檬味,味道非常清新,食落酸酸甜甜,比起Palco我覺得酸既程度拿捏得更好,忍唔住一啖接一啖。

當日雪糕係雲呢拿味,唔會剩係得雪糕,食落入面係滿滿雲呢拿籽,加上牛奶味濃厚,係有誠意嘅雪糕,都係一個有誠意嘅結尾。

🌟 總括黎講,同palco一樣,鹹點比甜點出色,鹹點一貫作風都係用上一啲常用既高級食材,海膽、鵝肝、黑松露都係常用嘅食材,嘢食睇得又食得,而甜點我覺得比起palco更出色,甜度控制得啱啱好,而且好多甜點的都係甜酸夾雜,食晒都唔會覺得膩,平時嘅下午茶多數都會食剩一兩件甜品,但呢一間完全係清哂,松露蘑菇撻係有驚喜,甜品嘅雪糕同雪葩都係令人印象深刻。以食物質素來講,我覺得佢係我食過咁多間下午茶最出色嘅一間,食完下午茶我有信心去試吓佢嘅主菜。

價錢來講係正常,唔算係最平個啲下午茶,都唔會係離地嘅價錢,甚至比起一啲酒店下午茶仲要再平,但質素絕對唔會輸比酒店嘅質素,以呢個價錢來講性價比係好高。

唯一挑剔嘅當然就係位置,絕對係要特登過去先食到嘅下午茶,因為西九文化區唔會係你無端端經過嘅地方,位置偏僻交通唔算非常方便,但正正就係佢咁偏僻,先可以有咁靚嘅景,夏天坐室外可能會熱啲,涼少少坐出邊應該係一流,我覺得無論係環境定係食物質素,都係值得山長水遠一試,如果你係有養寵物更加適合黎呢一度,甚至約埋同樣有養寵物嘅人一試呢一間餐廳。

因為我係生日月份去,Booking嗰時有寫到係慶祝生日,不過去嗰日自己都唔記得,到去上三層架嗰時,見到上面有塊生日牌同蠟燭就記得原來自己有填過,店員會幫手影相,而且影完相會幫你收走個蠟燭,服務好好好全面,另外一題餐廳通常五點就會落場,店員會有提醒,因為要準備晚餐,所以如果book太晏嘅話,可能會唔夠時間食或者盡興。

無論你想夏日炎炎嘆返杯清涼嘅飲品、定係冬天淺酌一杯暖粒粒嘅粟米湯、喺夜晚欣賞本地意法料理名廚嘅料理表演,定係放假同朋友知己望住維港嘆下午茶,都可以嚟到西九文化區嘅呢一間法國菜創意料理,感受一下中西合璧嘅盛宴,同時係視覺、味覺、嗅覺、聽覺既多重感官享受。

2. Balik Salmon Sandwich. Caviar 🥪 三文治除了有煙三文魚,還有高貴的魚子醬,這個配搭令味道更突出,新鮮感倍增~
3. Truffle & Wild Mushroom Tart 🍄 酥脆的撻底,加上黑松露醬蘑菇,味道濃郁,一軟一脆加起來就是好吃~
4. Foie Gras on Toast. Wild berry 🧆 類似蝦多士的炸麵包底,上面是質感滑溜、味道濃郁的鵝肝醬,加上少許新鮮雜莓和莓醬,正正中和油膩感,很不錯~

1. Red Berry Mille-Feuille 🍒 雜莓拿破崙餅,中層和面層的吉士醬很香滑,加上帶酸的紅莓,味道很匹配~
2. Fresh Lemon Tart 🍋 平常我很少吃檸檬撻,因為怕太酸太甜,但這個檸檬塔因為餅底做得很出色,檸檬醬也沒有做得過酸過甜,味道拿捏得很精準,讚~
3. Bailey’s Tiramisu Cone 🍦Tiramisu做成迷你雪糕杯形狀,咖啡味剛好,慕士做得很軟滑,bite size亦很方便進食~
4. Homemade Scone. Clotted Cream & Jam 🥠 這個鬆餅算是做得不錯,只是結構稍微鬆散,但牛油味很香濃,Clotted Cream也非常香滑~
5. Pistachio Bavarois 🥜 小杯裝開心果布甸,開心果味道非常濃郁,質感軟軟但做得很細滑,超讚~
6. Homemade Basil & Citrus Sorbet 🍨 檸檬味sorbet,很香濃新鮮的味道~
7. Selection Ice-Cream 🍦 雲呢拿雪糕,滿滿的雲呢拿籽,牛奶味濃厚,也很不錯~

Came here for the first time for lunch and I must say the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. Presentation was excellent as well without being pretentious. The raw seafood starters of red prawn carpaccio and oyster tartare both tasted fresh and full of umami. The salad was not your average lunch set salad, with a refreshing herbs ice cream which served as dressing when mixed in. For mains, the chicken leg rolls were tender with a slightly crispy skin, the slow-cooked US short rib with Tai O shrimp paste was very satisfying and the daily fish was fresh and nicely seared. For dessert we did not get the daily dessert in the lunch set but ordered the smoked chocolate lava tart from the a la carte menu instead. They do make a little performance whereby the smoke comes out when they lift the cover on the plate, which is always fun to look at. Wouldn't say the taste was spectacular but the combination of chocolate and smokiness certainly isn't something you can find just anywhere. I should add that prices are very reasonable at $298 for 2 courses, $398 for 3 courses and $498 for 4 courses. And, of course, I hardly need to mention the stunning view of the Victoria Harbour that one can enjoy while dining here. Would really love to come back for the dinner tasting menu or a la carte.

由打電話confirm到入座都係咁提住”我地5:00關門”
明明都未影完相又夾硬走埋嚟要我地停止影相開始食?_? (其實都係影左一陣...兩分鐘都冇)
啲碗碟一見到食完擺底就秒速收走😹但行埋嚟見到水杯唔滿都唔會加
總之就係一種趕你走嘅感覺:0)
慌死我地食完賴死唔走咁
最後我地都4:46走左 (佢4:40已經擺張單係到叫我地埋)
比起palco食物、地點、服務都好太多,呢間實在沒有再去的理由

今日天氣比較多雲,唔曬,有啲風都幾舒服我訂位時寫咗想坐outdoor, 去到餐廳嗰陣侍應再問我地想坐出面定入面,因為天陰陰怕會落雨,不過我地決定都係坐出面坐低之後會俾份下午茶menu我地睇下先~我地揀咗Earl grey同green tea除咗下午茶三層架,仲有帶子刺身,龍蝦包同粟米湯,都好豐富咸點除咗蘑菇撻之外,其他都好味!不過可能係我本身對蘑菇冇咩好感而甜點方面,我特別鍾意scone嘅clotted cream,真係好滑,整得好好味其他都不錯,唔會太甜食到咁上下會上埋檸檬雪葩同walnut(?)雪糕,好味!整體嚟講都唔錯,大部分嘢食都好食,景又靚,雖然坐出面但侍應服務都好好~

咸點除咗蘑菇撻之外,其他都好味!不過可能係我本身對蘑菇冇咩好感

而甜點方面,我特別鍾意scone嘅clotted cream,真係好滑,整得好好味

食到咁上下會上埋檸檬雪葩同walnut(?)雪糕,好味!

老公生日想帶埋我哋個寶貝仔🐶一齊食生日飯,成日揸車帶🐶行西九,想起這裡有幾間餐廳可坐室外,還有超級無敵大海景,就選了這間fusion 法國菜,我們都點了個10道菜Set dinner, main加錢點了和牛及Truffle Pasta, 但所有菜都十分驚喜及好味道,是廚師的用心制作,還有服務員真的大讚,所有Waitress 都很有禮及有心介紹每一道菜,女服務員大讚,特別謝謝一位Peggy的服務員,超好👍🏻👍🏻,至於,食物魚子醬蟶子,Apple wood smoked hamachi sea Urchin👍🏻Crab Bisque這幾個超好味, Pan fried Hokkaido scallop, Waugh Beef(和牛係用炭慢慢燒,個經理突然拎出嚟俾一眼我哋望,極速拎走,影唔到相,可惜)都很推介😋我食到第一半其實已很飽,因為我們兩位都不喜歡飲酒,drink menu 不是酒的選擇太少,真心誠意推介浪漫靚景食物高質之選仲要係寵物友善,很難得有個食物高質又咁welcome🐶,大讚

位置非常好 2樓既好處係唔洗同地下既人群見住你地食飯😂 餐牌選擇唔多 不過唔緊要 最緊要係味道叫左3個 starters 2個意粉/飯 1個main chicken 味道真心同個價錢係allied ! 特別係個海膽意大利飯同紅蝦意粉 好香濃 除左個cheese platter 其他都係非常推介 但服務就其實可以有進步空間 雖然好似好多staff咁 但勁亂 🤨

位置非常好 2樓既好處係唔洗同地下既人群見住你地食飯😂
餐牌選擇唔多 不過唔緊要 最緊要係味道
叫左3個 starters 2個意粉/飯 1個main chicken
味道真心同個價錢係allied !
特別係個海膽意大利飯同紅蝦意粉 好香濃
除左個cheese platter 其他都係非常推介
