我參加過的最差的聖誕活動！
我們12月初的時候參加了一次聖誕活動，這無疑是我參加過的最糟糕的晚會！並沒有結構或流程，工作人員對此一點都不感興趣，食物也非常糟糕！那些點了火雞的人，在主菜后的十五分鐘，送上了蔬菜和土豆，連一聲抱歉也沒有!房間非常冷，那個DJ一直穿着外衣！當我抱怨沒有人回復我的郵件、Facebook和電話時，仍然沒有回應！如果可以的話，我會給0分。

難忘，美妙
怎麼說這家酒店……它確實是一個非常特別的地方，歷史悠久。歡迎熱情，優雅......就工作人員的專業精神和禮貌而言，這有點類似於步入市中心修道院。場地令人驚嘆……它非常歡迎狗……甚至給我們的朋友狗一盤早餐。接待員 Marius 是完美的專業人士，但也很令人愉快。我們帶著孩子和一隻狗住在一起……感覺非常舒服。很棒的住宿，我們已經在考慮何時可以再次訪問。

沒有房間等我們……噁心的酒店和噁心的服務
我們幾個月前預訂了 3 個房間，並期待在伯明翰和聖誕市場購物後，所有人都能在遠離家鄉的地方過夜。我們提早到達，並被告知我們無法再入住一個小時，我們完全理解這一點，並說我們將晚些時候入住，因為我們要去購物和與孩子們共進午餐。當我們返回而不是 3 個房間時，他們只有 1 個，即使我們在今年早些時候提前預訂並支付了 3 個房間。經理不會和我們說話，說他無能為力，因為他已經訂滿了，除了他會向我們收費的 1 個房間——我們出示了我們的預訂確認和付款確認，但仍然說他沒有房間給我們，然後說因為他只給我們留了一個房間，所以他把它搬到了酒店最小的房間。我們都走進房間給手機充電，最後我們有 3 個孩子，他們哭著，心煩意亂，以為我們被困住了。我們看到的房間又小又髒又黑。我們給手機充電，然後帶著失望開車 3 小時回家。經理沒有幫助我們，現在我們正在索回我們的錢。絕對噁心的地方——我讀過其他有類似經歷的評論。不要在這裡預訂 - 該地區更好的酒店和服務。

美妙的聖誕住宿
這家酒店永遠不會失敗，房間很棒很棒的晚餐和早餐但最重要的是工作人員在非常繁忙的聖誕節期間工作他們每個人都很愉快而且最樂於助人迫不及待地想回來這家酒店是一個真正的寶石

高級景觀房 - 很棒的住宿體驗
作為預訂網站交易的一部分，12 月在這裡過夜。我能說什麼，但哇！ 這家酒店真的很漂亮，坐落在令人驚嘆的土地上，充滿了歷史。 我們的房間是一間高級雙人房，可以看到旁邊的草坪。它佈置得很好，溫暖、乾淨、整潔。 在我們逗留期間，接待處非常熱情和樂於助人。 真的挑不出我們的住宿。

Booked this hotel for a over night stay before flying from Birmingham airport on the 4th of February so checked in on the 3rd of Feb just before 3pm, we drove our lovely ford Kuga just over a year old and parked it in the main car park along the side of a big wall so it wasn't visible from the road and facing security cameras. We got our over night bags out and checked in filling in our car details along with other details on the check-in form and then signed it, we made our way to the room which was facing the main entrance and we could see our car as I do on holiday I took my phone and snapped some shots of the view from our room which would be vital later on. The room wasn't up to much for the price cracks in the walls paint damage windows had seen better days but been an old hall I said it was one of those things to my wife and dismissed it. We had left our holiday suitcases and our flight bags in the car so I asked my wife to fetch them in but we were put on the top floor of the hotel so with myself been disabled she said it would be ok this is the first time we have ever left our laugage in our car in the 25 years of travel. I needed the paperwork to check in on line so my wife did go and get my hand case at 3.40pm, after I had checked in we went back to our car for our coats as we had booked a table out of the hotel for a meal it was a 5min walk so off we went, we got back at around 6.30pm as we were flying in the morning and had to be at the airport at 7am we went to bed. Next morning we were up and ready and down for 6.30am for check out and our taxi I went to where my car had been left and to my horror our car had gone I checked around no sign, no broken glass, we went in and the hotel reception called the manger she didn't answer and she kept trying. She eventually called the police they didn't come out we just got a crime number. The manger finally turned up some 2 hours later well if you can call her a manger, myself and wife had been sat in reception for all that time making calls no privacy my wife was devastated and had some tears which was hard in front of people checking out for there flights. The first words from the manger were so you must be the couple no introduction from her then I'm in a meeting in 5mins so I'll look at the CCTV later on and with that she walked off. We sat there another 1.30 hours before we managed to get a car from our insurance in this time the manger was useless seamed not to care, I asked the reception if this had happened before and to my horror and shock came the reply, well yes another before yours this year and we had loads last year. The car came the manger then had finished her meetings the ones more important than a customer's car, and ask me for my phone number email and promised to contact us that afternoon with details of the CCTV we are still waiting for here phone call her email or any other contact from her despite our some 5 phone calls to the hotel she is busy she is off she anything but there well thank you castle Bromwich hall for a week of hell, all the upset, so be warned anyone looking at this hotel it looks lovely online the website is amazing but read the other reviews first please please. Well I've had the police report and the CCTV is unwatchable when our car is taken the security barriers are up all night and the 24 hour security man must of been asleep all night so I'm beginning to think someone knows something here. We couldn't get our flight because all my medication had gone as well and this is very important to my life, let alone everything we had for a week to wear. This hotel has a high crime rate and bad reviews on trip advisor

Give this dump a miss just had my car stolen from this hotel management didn't care still waiting for her to contact us lost our holiday too the room was run down looks lovely online doesn't it?. Beware please please.
