Visited the D&G counter yesterday whilst on a day trip to London with my family. Jonathon was extremely helpful, friendly and charming. Absolute pleasure to be served by, spending time with me and my daughter choosing a perfume. Jonathon is a credit to the Harrods brand. I would have bought the whole counter if I could afford it :)

If you've never been to Harrods, go. Without question, go. This place is one of the epicenters of the world for experiencing the art of conspicuous consumption. If you think economic conditions are getting worse, a quick trip here will have you questioning your opinion in short order. People from all over the world come here to spend money on luxury and high-quality items that are often beyond belief. This place is bustling with wealthy people, and probably lots of people who just want to feel wealthy during their visit. It's fun, it's outlandish, and it's a must-see. Oh, and just to say again the quality of the products offered appears to be incredible and just to see what's offered is worth a trip.

An experience for people like me who are not shoppers. Beautiful fashion of all types. More than one can look at with one trip pick your areas to reduce time requirements. Chocolate area was enjoyable but did not have containers if you bought several items unless you wanted to buy bag for 7-12 dollars. Jewelry section very nice and clothes with beautiful style. It was an interesting experience of luxury plus.

The store has changed significantly since our last visit. It has become even more non-descript and pretentious than ever. I first visited here during my college days and was overwhelmed by the cavernous food areas and the fancy trappings. Now it looks like any other bland, boasting department store but with price tags few can afford. The store itself was pretty empty other than the food areas and I got the impression it was dying (but that is just me). Even from our last visit in 2019, the store has lost any and all character. It is as if they are trying to hold on to their name but join in the 21st Century but doing a bad job of it. We actually weren't going to stop in but we were looking for a toy to bring back to our grandson and we were in the area. There was so much glitz eveyrwhere it became bland and boring. Harrods, decide what you want to be and stick with it.

Only a few days ago I had one cappuccino and one plain croissant and sat at the bar in Harrods. They cost about $30 Australian. I think Harrods needs to present a far better croissant than they did. It was a very average soft croissant and not top quality. I had better at Pret A Manger. Also would have expected special jam to go with other than hotel screw top jam jar you can find anywhere. I don’t mind paying but I want top quality.

This store is a work of art. Not only do they have every high end brand you’ve never heard of, you can purchase reasonable price gifts for friends. Don’t miss looking at the jeweled crowns you can purchase for your next state dinner.

My wife and daughter shopped while my son and I visited Fulham's Craven Cottage. We came back to meet them here and shopped a little before our tea. For 100 years, this is the UK department store, and the London store is something you have to shop. At Christmas, the decorations were amazing, looked like a gingerbread house. We briefly shopped and saw the decorations, quite a sight.

In February I went to Harrods London and it is always a great experience with the wonderful architecture and vast selection of everything you could imagine. On this particular trip I went to the Coffee Bar. We did have to wait however people are always coming and going so it is never a long wait. There was a great selection of food and drinks and I opted for a pan au chocolat and a hot chocolate whilst my mum had a cinnamon bun and an americano. The food was beautiful and the drinks were lovely and the barista who served us was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience although pricey but it is worth it and you should definitely try it if you get the chance.

When you sit down in this wonderful iconic department store to have some seafood you know you are getting very well-prepared, high quality product. Yes it costs quite a bit but it is a wonderful experience. We always chat with the staff and this time we had a wonderful man from Bulgaria serve us. We like Harrods because you get a high end product - not some shoddy substitute.

This iconic store is interesting to explore. It has many very high end stores to wonder through. My favorite part was the exceptional selection of food items to purchase/try. It was a delight and delicious. I found the prices to be reasonable as well. Recommended
