英国最新工作签证，无需留学英国或工作邀请，也可赴英工作

退欧之后，为了吸引全世界的人才，英国推出了一项针对世界顶尖大学毕业生的新签证计划，高潜力个人签证 High Potential Individual visa，简称HPI签证，让英国企业更容易雇佣优秀人才，也让优秀的求职者不用通过留学英国、不用提前拿到工作Offer，就可以前往英国求职或工作。该政策将于2022年5月30日开启。

申请条件：

1. 符合要求的学位

申请人在过去5年内在英国以外获得符合要求的学位。学位必须来自英国内政部全球大学名单认可的大学。该榜单每年发布一次，符合条件的英国之外的高校都来自以下至少两个世界排名前50名的院校：泰晤士高等教育世界大学排名、Quacquarelli Symonds世界大学排名、世界大学学术排名。符合条件的亚洲大学包括北京大学、清华大学、新加坡国立大学、香港大学。

2. 语言考试

英语能力要过关，证明你来自英语母语国家，通过了英国官方的语言测试Secure English Language Test （英语水平达到CEFR B1水平，相当于雅思4.0） ，或者获得了能证明你语言能力的学位。

3. 财务要求

申请人至少有1270英镑的现金，连续持有资金至少28天，截止日期不超过该签证申请日期的31天。

允许工作类型：

签证持有者到达英国后，可以申请任何行业的工作，包括自主创业和志愿工作。

允许逗留时间：

如果你申请所用的学位是博士毕业证书，签证有效期为3年，如果只有学士学位或硕士学位，签证有效期是2年。英国政府在一份声明中表示，获得HPI签证的人“将被允许进入其他长期就业途径”，为他们在英国定居留下大门。
