放假突登去食碗牛腩河一去到唔止味道懷舊,連環境都很懷舊,點了碗牛腩河,一見到顏色已經很吸引,牛腩煮到入哂味,很香磨豉醬味,又不會過濃,我覺得牛腩和河粉是絕配!河粉可以索到牛腩湯底不會過淋一夾就斷,湯底很有牛的香味,不過奶茶就稍為失色,茶底較淡。 continue reading

好喜歡光顧小店,枝記半山家庭經營懷舊小店,從店內陳設都是上世紀懷舊的擺設,令人回想兒時的記憶味道店內充滿半世紀的陳設,兒時回憶擁上心頭牛筋牛腩炆得黑漆漆,未入口看似會很濃味,但入口後味香而不太濃味,炆得很軟綿滿口裡充滿骨膠原,湯底鮮甜喝完一口又一口,喝後不會太口喝,果然真材實料麵質也爽口,不太淋太硬,入口恰好。米粉沒太特別,是普普通通的米粉,但配上腩湯一流唯獨麵及米粉份量比較少,女士恰好份量,男士可能會有點未夠喉整體來說是真材實料,用心製作食材的小店 continue reading

今次既餐廳 - 枝記麵家🍜一間老麵鋪,店內既感覺都俾人一種懷舊感覺呢度出名嘅係磨豉醬牛腩,店入面都貼有介紹既報章訪問~所以一定要點黎食!🍜牛腩麵- 牛腩炆得好入味👍🏻入口好淋- 磨豉醬味道濃郁- 唔好睇個樣以為好小唔夠食,牛腩同麵既份量好足🍜牛腩撈麵- 相機食先後,即刻撈匀🤤每條麵都吸左腩汁,搞到食到冇停口-都有5-6舊牛腩如果想嗌埋其他餸試,可以選擇雙拼見到隔離枱食牛筋都好吸引如果三點後先去,仲有下午茶餐🍜 continue reading

偷得浮生半日閒,決定於放假時來到西營盤覓食!從地鐵站行上來,行前冇幾遠,就來到這間保守估計應該有幾十年歷史的枝記麵店,今次亦都專程為了她的牛腩而來的,一進店內,就給我一個種時光倒流的感覺,看見牆身還是綠色格仔紙皮石!店內環境不大,約有10令個位 ,我去到的時候剛好有下午茶,,侍應亦都好客氣地遞上菜單!我今次有目的為牛筋腩麵而來的,所以不用看餐牌了😂😂個面一上枱就已經聞到香氣,果然是那款舊式磨豉醬炆的牛腩,本人真的很多年都沒有食返了!牛筋軟淋程度炆得非常恰到好處👅👅牛腩就非常入味,👍🏻👍🏻至於麵質亦都一絕,你唔好期望佢是什麼竹升麵,只是普通生麵,但亦都帶來爽脆的口感,淥麵時間掌握得非常準確,,亦都冇多餘的鹼水味,走鹼過程非常之好!凍檸茶就一般貨色,沒有很濃的茶味!埋單是$47,絕對對得起呢個價錢,性價比非常高👍🏻 continue reading

今日lunch唔太熱,就行上半山巴丙頓道懷舊一番食個午餐。以前讀書時代經精常幫襯,經歷左廿幾年都無變過,其實枝記都開左成50年,但仲保持到50年前既精粹就真係好難得牆上的餐牌依然是老闆用手寫的,數字沿用舊時流行的花碼,店內每一個角落都保持住古舊風氣,牆上的電視更是現今難得一見的(大牛龜)今日叫左個讀書時期的我的至愛牛腩墨魚丸河,河粉同其他麵店差不多、牛腩就係招牌磨豉柱侯牛腩磨豉醬真係好香好獨特牛腩又淋,相當美味。香港地咁地道的小店已經圓少見少,但願枝記都可繼續傳承下去,讓香港飲食文化可流傳萬世 continue reading
