招募18歲至50歲本港人士
參加條件
1. 沒有酗酒記錄
2. 非乙型或丙型肝炎帶菌者
3. 沒有確診患上 / 未曾診斷睡眠窒息症
研究程序
1. 家居睡眠測試
2. 簡易檢查，包括測量血壓、心率、身高、體重、頸圍、腰圍和臀圍
3.抽血化驗乙型表面抗原和丙型肝炎抗體，空肚血糖和膽固醇，糖化血色素(HbA1c)，以及肝和腎功能
4.問卷調查
5. 肝臟超聲波檢查(*逢星期五上午)
6. 肝纖維化掃描(*逢星期一上午)
由於研究計劃涉及多項檢查，如果參與研究，將會需要您親臨威爾斯醫院4-5次，檢查會於星期一至五其間進行。

Recruiting individual who are 18-50
Recruitment Criteria
1. No history of alcohol abuse
2. Non Hepatitis B or Hepatitis C carrier
3. Never have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA)
Study procedures
1. Ambulatory sleep test
2.Simple assessment include blood pressure, heart rate, body weight & height, and circumferences of neck, waist, and hip
3.Blood test on HbsAg, Hepatitis C antibody, blood glucose, lipid profile, HbA1c, liver function and renal function
4.Questionnaire assessment
5. Ultrasound assessment of liver
6. Fibroscan
Location: Princes of Wales Hospital, Shatin
You will be required to visit Princes of Wales Hospital 4-5 times. The above procedures will take place on weekdays from Monday to Friday.
