「worst customer service ever，kick me out at midnight，stupid reason is my visa card doesnt have chip on it. And that card I have done the payment at first day when I was checking in. They just told me that they make a mistake for using this card and 3days later they wanna fix it then ask me to leave the hotel. And talk in a really mean way. 「This is the worst 5-star hotel I have ever been to. They have a bar right up to my room with VERY NOISY music playing at midnight. The bathroom has water stains on the glass. It’s a dog friendly hotel and they don’t even have any potty area for dogs, or they didn’t tell me where it is. Again, it is the WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Don’t stay here. Spend your money on other nice hotels.」
