This is great hotel for a trip to Hongkong with my family. 1. Well located within Hongkong at Jinzhong so that you easy go to the tourist attractions. 2. Excellent rooms that are big and large floor-to-ceiling windows for nice sea views. 3. Good restaurants in the hotel, especially for breakfast, a la cart menu offered very exquisite, fresh breakfast. The restaurant staffs are very passionate and friendly, it was fun to chat with them. 4. Very clean property/ facilities. 5. Last and definitely most important reason to stay here is the staff s, very outstanding and attractive service when we stayed, big thanks to K Ma, Lisa Liu,Paul, Levis…let us had a wonderful time in Hongkong.

出差来住奕居，首先房间在寸土寸金的香港显得非常之宽敞。定的是70平客房，有幸被升级到harbour view，一览无余，视野宽阔。比较可惜，由于时间太赶，没有时间泡泡浴。再来说service，前台员工都很热情，普通话也很标准，Edward以及K很真诚以及热心。住过这么多酒店，奕居整体让人感觉很舒服，朋友一样的交流，即使给予回复，让出差在外的人来说，真的是感到很珍贵。奕居，推荐入住酒店！

I am writing to express my utmost satisfaction with my recent stay at The Upper House. My stay at The Upper House exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The combination of exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and excellent amenities made my experience I would highly recommend your hotel to anyone visiting the area. 非常完美的入住体验，无论从哪个方面都超出预期，在入住期间被无微不至的照顾，尤其是早餐view 和食物都很完美，非常推荐来香港旅游出差可以入住在这里。

一周前跟闺蜜一起去香港玩儿，因为是疫情后的第一次出行，千挑万选选择了奕居，到了酒店果然没有让我们失望，酒店去哪里都特别方便，出行非常便利，紧邻大型购物商场，满足了到香港买买买的需求，酒店前台服务特别棒，让人感觉舒服又贴心，早餐厅的景观非常棒，可以俯瞰大黄鸭，食物出品也是色香味俱全，房间面积很大，屋内的设计非常用心，打扫的一尘不染，住起来超级舒服，以后去香港都会选择住奕居！

这次住在奕居要特别感谢Paul，不仅英俊有风度，而且十分贴心送我们到客房，耐心介绍每一件房间设施和酒店餐厅。房间内部很宽敞，非常高奢的内部设计，宽敞的浴室和浴缸可以非常好的缓解旅途疲乏。

Thank you for your question, I hope my message finds you well. Rest assured that we are taking all protective measures to insure our team and our guests are safe. We have regular cleaning in all our public areas and also taking temperature checks for all guests that enter the hotel.
If you have any other concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to us.
Hope to welcome you to our House soon!
Inside the hotel there is no smoking possibility. But they have a nice garden where you can smoke. And of course outside the hotel.
Touristy parts of HK should be okay, just use common sense and don't look for trouble.
