Newly renovated property, the interior decor is Canadian/Scandinavian inspired & outdoor spaces have everything Muskoka cottage country has to offer. Relaxing cozy vibes are everywhere; the sunken living room, on the dock, in the hammock, dining on the deck, waking up to a view. 25 minutes to Huntsville/Bracebridge/Dorset, 10 minutes to the quaint town of Baysville. UPGRADED WIFI!

Sun exposure: There is sun exposure on the dock from sunrise until evening!
Lake Toys: There is a canoe, paddleboard, life jackets, and pool noodles.
Outdoor seating: 4 Muskoka chairs, 2 folding chairs, an outdoor couch, dining table for 4, bistro set for 2 (chairs can be moved to dining table), 2 bar stools, hammock.
Swimming: The water is ankle to waist deep around the dock and drops off two feet from the end of the dock - there is NO jumping from the dock. The water is warm and ideal for swimming and floating!
Black fly season: Mid-May to mid-June is blackfly season in Muskoka. As a remote cottage, there are mosquitos and other bugs around during the summer.
Wifi: Recent upgrade to high speed, unlimited Starlink internet. Reliable for wifi calls, texts, and social.
Cell service/LTE: The property doesn’t have a strong signal, the best place for service is on the dock, and wifi calling is suggested.
