This one is so popular i didn’t know who is the owner before i do research on this lovely restaurant, and finally found Hins Cheung is the owner. I’d say the room indeed impressive and beautiful just like 30’s ball room There are two areas separating different atmospheres, one part having a more childlike decoration with a carousel placed in the middle of the room. But i would say the toilet scared me a bit, with the vintage decoration and not functioning well toilet…esp when i’m alone in the toilet oh my god…i simply rushed back to my seat


Tomatoes soup is a bit too sour even whipping with those cream but it getting better when i almost finish, not too bad and the flavor won’t be too light

The lunch set including soup, main dish and drinks and you can pay some extra for appetizer or dessert, honestly only having a main dish is already enough for the rest of the day, my stomach still feeling full at 8pm lollll,
the portion is indeed large for a girl haa. Struggled a bit for i should eat and thought Pork Cordon Bleu Iberico Ham, Black Truffle served with Garden Salad, and i feel surprised when the dish is served cause i didn’t recognize this is fried pork chop lorrr but i would say it surprised me in very goooood way haaa
 very special and new way of cooking for me, such a good try yeah yeah and i love the dish  indeed(;
The pork chop layer is well cooked which remained so so crispy even eating slow as me haha, finished this for almost a hour,
oh my goodness, the taste is yummy with cheese and ham together even though im not fan of ham but this is good haaa, it would be better if it’s more juicy insides, overall the texture is good and the portion is so large, good dipping with mayo sauce haa, first time trying the pork chop in this style, this schnitzel is originated from Switzerland

Wanted say the bread is coming too late, after we asking for four times
( every times they said they are preparing but didn’t check with the chef), they finally come to the plate without  main dishes lol how could it be so long lollll

Overall the meal is quite enjoyable with yummy food and beautiful environment, only bad thing is poor service here
, even asking them to help taking a picture but they seem not willing to and asked them about the bread they say under preparation but indeed they are just cooking…sigh, correct reply is just a simple thing lollll we thought they just forgot lol

以為Staff態度差,食物質素好都算安慰。結果,afternoon tea用既餐具係家居風,咸點味道OK,但甜點真係好難食。

總結:Tea Set價錢貴過好多酒店,餐具配搭極家居風格,茶葉平凡,甜點大致係同一個味,服務態度極差。建議想去既人諗清楚先好book位。張敬軒已退股,餐廳無心做好留住客人,請三思再光顧。

甜品因為上錯位置,所以另1道冇影相,食落唔算好特別,薄荷雪糕有開心果,味道清新
但有幾點希望餐廳改進:
1. 職員沒有詢問及記下不同客人的點餐食物,直接問是否Share, 其實不是Share, 而食pasta要問職員才有匙,因為員工沒有轉餐具

2.職員送達食物沒有簡介食物,就連生蠔產地,頭盤,湯,主菜,甜品,所有簡單介紹,1個字都沒有

3.甜品Remarks生日信息,但職員沒有分別誰生日,邊位食咩甜品,邊位訂枱等等,所以放錯甜品remarks, 亦隨便放甜品比客人,餐茶已order, 再有職員問餐茶,點解完全冇溝通好?
以上為綜合整晚用餐後,覺得需要改進的事項,雖然不是十分高級的餐廳,但安排上可以做好少少

仙后餐廳係軒仔以60年代的香港首間旋轉餐廳的「仙后餐廳」為藍本而設計的一間具香港音樂、文化、歷史元素的餐廳。🥂



從餐廳外觀說起,位於🏢胡忠大廈的仙后餐廳,你會覺得餐廳外觀與四圍格格不入、感覺有啲似小編去過歐美國家的扒房風格,十分典雅。



從餐廳內部說起,感覺到軒仔的藝術細胞同設計天分,餐廳以80年代香港獨有的混合了中、英文化交流的設計為靈感,在主餐廳設計了一個舞台 仿照了當時80年代食客傾好邊睇表演睇風花雪月的情況,舞台前掛了一個大吊燈,彩色玻璃以聖經創世記的夏娃故事為主題,極具文化氣息。



至於食物方面點了2個Sets, 每個set 包括一款前菜、主菜、甜品和餐飲🍸味道賣相自然是完美,而我會特別推薦 *三色意大利雲吞,因為我覺得呢道菜重點系食物構圖,三份紅色🌺和綠色的醬汁🌱作為對比色,映襯住三件黃色🌼的意大利雲吞,正好系三三不盡六六無窮的三原色藝術餐點🎨

因為疫情,因為 不同的原因我和Mr.Sheldon已經三年多沒有共進晚餐難得找到機會去心儀已久的仙后餐廳 快閃食晚餐跟餐加錢的生蠔十分鮮味,性格比很高鵝肝 一人份已經很 膩 餐湯不過不失但主菜卻有些失色 感覺很普通餐茶亦很精緻Mr .Sheldon 很滿意經理介紹的紅酒最後的甜品 細心的寫下祝賀詞很滿足的一夜當中發生小插曲經理不小心在倒礦泉水的時候淋濕了Mr.Sheldon的外套經理馬上不停說對不起亦說可以安排馬上熨乾真心感到經理的歉意服務態度一流期待下一年再來

鵝肝 一人份已經很 膩
餐湯不過不失

最後的甜品 細心的寫下祝賀詞
很滿足的一夜

當中發生小插曲
經理不小心在倒礦泉水的時候
淋濕了Mr.Sheldon的外套
經理馬上不停說對不起
亦說可以安排馬上熨乾
真心感到經理的歉意
服務態度一流

呢間餐廳出咗名冇book位都冇得入。今次約咗幾位朋友一齊試下,果然名不虛傳,嘆為觀止。餐廳一啲都唔算大,仲有少少逼,但係裝修好精緻。門口已經係一個旋轉門,感覺好似入咗主題公園,我哋個座位仲喺布古鍵琴隔離,周圍色彩斑斕,好有氣派。前菜係牛肉他他,係我食過嘅他他之中嘅上品。佢唔係求其一堆牛肉就擺喺度。除咗上面有鵪鶉蛋,仲落咗脆脆配料同香油,味道好夾,令成件事好滑好鮮美。個湯係粟米湯,好綿滑,好厚實,飲完覺得好滿足。好甜,好香,同埋溫度啱啱好,暖到冒煙又唔會太熱燙嘴。主菜係羊肉扁粉。個羊肉好神奇,完全冇騷味,而且好精心咁紮為一嚿好實嘅肉團,食落去好有口感。扁粉滑得黎又煙韌,加埋配搭嘅醬汁令人食得飽之餘 有慢慢嘅幸福感。甜品係tiramisu。打直放已經贏咗視覺獎,仲有朵鮮花同其他伴碟。食落去好香奶油味,絕對係佳作。唔知咖啡係唔係自己磨,總之一上碟係撲鼻嘅炭香,同埋隻杯非常之靚靚,我打卡打到對面嘅女士傻眼……呢度服務態度好好,員工都好nice。離開呢間餐廳嘅時候,只係覺得一定要再嚟過。

With the bottom layer of avocado and lobster bisque jelly on the top, it was a little too heavy and thick for my liking. But the flavour combination was quite nice.
