To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今早約十時与太座到東涌藍天海岸附近的稻香吃早茶,客人不太多,近門口處有兩張二人枱,食客剛走,員工未執枱,我拿了等候票之后請示一位身旁的女員工可否入座其中一張兩人枱,她説反正當時沒有其他客人等候,當然可以,並且説會馬上替我執枱。由於本人腳/腰痛,酒樓入座等候處又沒有可供客人暫時休息的椅子,於是我就在其中一張兩人枱邊坐下,其后該女員工問我何解不等候執好枱才入座,我説不好意思,因為腳/腰舊患,不能久站,這位員工説明白。但這時收銀處的一位阿嬋居然大聲叫囂,聲稱未執好枱不能入座,否則會連累員工被炒魷魚,其后再加多一句頂心頂肺的説話~“腳痛你又可以行倒嚟飲茶?” 老實説,如果老妻沒有阻止,我眞係想直斥其非,做人豈能如此冇同理心!另:酒樓接待處沒有一張椅子可供老弱顧客坐著等候,非常不人道,罪一;而且因為缺乏有效PA系統,人多時被逼站在門外等候的顧客會因為隔住玻璃門未能听到召喚而錯失入座机會,要從頭排隊,罪二。我以后都不會再光顧這一間稻香。 continue reading

稻香廣告: '每日空運抵港' 松葉蟹$138/斤,好吸引,即帶同兩老去食蟹。我地想揾一隻大的松葉蟹,女部長話今日嘅蟹都係2斤半,來貨時已磅過。不讓我們在水缸再揀,廚房會揀的,因為隻隻都一樣。又因程序在廚房進行,不能讓我親眼看見秤蟹及蟹的重量!咁都要睇吓自己隻蟹個真身啩!在我堅持下,才用車仔放咗一隻話係2斤半的蟹比我哋睇,但好明顯鉗同爪已張開不動,口眼亦冇反應。女部長話松葉蟹不太動,是正常的。我要求要另一隻,佢不情願地換來的都是極慢爪,還斷了一只尾指的。仲話要就要,隻隻差不多,就走開了。為免兩老難堪,不再爭持,還是接受了。但呢個時候女部長就同落單同事話,呢隻有2斤9兩,所以要加2兩。吓!我問如何目測這蟹重多2両? 我心算計出2斤9兩相等於兩斤半多一兩,何來計出要加2兩?有詐騙之嫌!質詢下佢改話加1両,隨口亂講好離譜!但問題仲未完,松葉蟹蒸熟上枱,咦!隻蟹唔同咗!呢隻尾爪兩邊都無斷。又再查詢,今次一個姓趙女店長出來處理,佢話唔會攪錯,仲攞另一枱隻松葉蟹比我哋睇(認出是第一隻死蟹,因為個殼有D特徵)。我同姓趙女店長講述之前發生嘅事,佢承認要加2両是不對,會更正,但堅持蟹是不會攪錯,要信他們。為免兩老失望,或比稻香一個機會,或証明自己的判斷,要了吃了。不出所料,不新鮮的肉質大家可以想像,不用多說了!!其實稻香松葉蟹, 根本沒有兩斤半重, 但是他們卻每隻都作二兩斤半計算。 計算起來,一隻要$345。一點也不便宜!不足秤,不新鮮,被換蟹!手法低劣!以廉價推銷質素極差或已死的蟹。好好一間上巿公司集團,搞到如此不堪,令人失望,街坊客必流失。我亦不會再幫襯。 continue reading

已經平日去都坐滿,枱枱都叫乳鴿同上湯龍蝦伊面。我哋仲叫咗條清蒸斑, 咕嚕肉,同炒蜆。全部餸中規中矩,係得蒸魚同乳鴿上菜時夠熱,其他餸都只係暖嘅。調味方面全部都少咁D鹽咁,唔夠味。少鹽唔代表個厨幫你少油。 可能真係人手唔夠,D部長都唔得閒理你,揾人加水換碟都難。 continue reading
