非常棒的酒店。房间很宽敞（房间内配有小厨房），泳池很漂亮，在河畔吃早餐的体验也很棒。酒店配有自己的码头，可以直接从水路出发观光。

接驳的船没有来接，说是临时有问题了，贴了一个告示在码头酒店就啥也不管了，也不提前通知也不安排其他车来接，这种不负责任的行为实在有损酒店的名誉！承诺的服务说没就没了，完全不顾给客人造成多大的不方便，不知道的人还傻傻的等着船呢！垃圾酒店！

May I begin by thanking you for choosing Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok for your trip to Bangkok and for taking the time to complete an online review. Feedback, is always welcome and very important to us as it enables us to determine where we are meeting or exceeding our guests’ expectations and, just as importantly, attend to any issues they may experience during their visit. Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused by the short interruption to the schedule of our free shuttle boat service due to an unforeseen mechanical issue. In such rare cases we immediately put up signs at our hotels' pier as well as at Saphan Taksin pier to inform our guests accordingly. I am sure you will understand that it is nigh to impossible to contact every single guest of the hotel and we did our utmost to arrange an alternative shuttle boat as fast as possible. I must admit to being somewhat disappointed that the above matter which could not be construed as the fault of the hotel led you to award us a “terrible” score. Therefore if there were any other aspects of your stay which you would like to bring to my attention I would be delighted to hear from you via patrick.man@chatrium.com. 因为想在除夕晚在河边倒数看烟花，所以选择了这间酒店住了三晚河景两房式套房，在前台服务的员工非常有礼及解释详尽，还会带我们到房间，如果你不喜欢还可以换房，这点我非常欣赏，房间有厨房用具及微波炉，可以简单煮食，露台很大，可以欣赏河景感觉舒服，早餐食物选择非常多，感觉似在吃自助午餐，附近有便利店，可以步行15-20分钟出BTS站，或乘搭免费船，非常方便，下次还会选择入住。

已经是第三次住进这里, 一切仍很让人满意。这里的餐饮服务出色,早餐选择十分丰富, 位置也够多, 我在这里的餐厅尝了一顿汉堡午餐, 味道和份量令人回味。 套房房间很舒适, 我住进32楼市景房, 夜景十分漂亮, 另外房务员每天都打扫整理得很好; 泳池够大, 池边的休息位置很多, 你可以一边能饱览河岸景色或日光, 一边享受 pool bar 的饮品。酒店地理位置个人觉得恰到好处, 就在BTS Saphan Taksin 站和 Asiatique 夜市中间路上, 离两处步行路程约15至20分钟, 当然选择 shuttle boat 会更轻松, 只要到中央码头便能转乘其他车或船到其他地方, 但去Asiatique 我还是认为步行或搭乘 tur tur 比坐船更方便。

是次特意入住两晚河畔酒店,感觉较市中心凉快舒服闲逸 ! 酒店泳池漂亮,水不太深,另有按摩池,供晒太阳嘅椅子也多 ! 早餐选择丰富,酒店有免费船来往码头,离iconsiam其实几近,不过也要船驳船才能到达 ! 15分钟可步行至Asiatique,沿途也有些地道餐厅 ,房间大舒适,略嫌露台趟门开关位置不方便,露台外放置两张椅子更好 !
