經過10年的經營，酒店仍然保持着魅力和友好的服務，給人帶來很棒的體驗。從到達到離開，Murali先生，GM，Khun Toey，Khun Nancy和其他在Favola的所有團隊成員，還有水療的工作人員都非常友好和樂於助人。我對行政總廚William印象很深刻，他不僅做得一手好菜，還积極主動的與客人接觸，他非常有魅力並樂於助人，甚至還幫忙清理了盤子。強烈推薦這家酒店。

Greetings wil r Thank you for your recent patronage and taking the time to share you stay experience with the forum visitors. We are deeply thankful for your kind remarks and will certainly be sharing this with the team; feedback such as this encourages us to do more and go beyond for our guests. We have also noted your feedback with regards to the ongoing renovation preparation and we remain committed to mitigate any noise as much as we can and ensure we only work in the day and not doing early morning or late evening hours. Further we will be reinforcing the training's for our promotions and spend more time training associates with English lessons so as to be able to better offer response. With regards to the boat trips; given that this is classified as a high risk activity and given the absence of credible operators who can commit to our global requirements of safety & assurance we are unable to offer these from the Concierge and will continue to look to work with vendors who could do this for us - this is a work in progress and be assured we will work it out. 來清萊必定要住這家酒店，非常大，加500THB 1 晚，就可入住豪華泳池景房間。好大好乾淨的地方，生日當晚，更有生日蛋糕送上房間。只是蚊比較多，我建議大家向酒店借滅蚊機。 另外酒店員工除了清潔房間時，會多次進出房間，雖然沒有物件不見，不過建議大家貴重物必須跟身

Our international buffet lunch excluding festive periods is pegged at 600 THB Net per person with SPG, EDM and Club Marriott Discounts applied as per program. As we get busy on certain dates with groups we recommend that you reserve in advance so we can share with you the best time for you to come and enjoy a relaxed lunch. Greetings Jason C. Hope this finds you well. Our buffet breakfast for adults is priced at 499 THB Net and for children between 4 - 12 years of age this is 250 THB. Children 3 and below can enjoy the same as courtesy with the parents. Thank you and hope this assists.
