Arrived morning, check the taxi price, 675 baht with surcharge. Decide to take BTS to Siam Station, Total cost 71 baht. Change at Phaya Thai.

Very large modern airport but some gates and destinations not well marked and life complicated by virus checks etc and slow security. Staff are helpful but do not always really understand what you are asking and similarly their answers can be curt and confusing. So if you are transferring keep asking as you can end up walking a long way and wasting a lot of time and ending up cross and late

Unreliable service. I have used this at many trips during the years. First it worked well, now every time there is a problem.
This time we booked 2 transfers. First one they were there to receive us. Second time not. I called number. They say they have no booking even though I had confirmation email. I also had replied to it as asked. I think they said I haven’t
What you need to know about this company is if there is a problem they cancel but never inform you. They just dont arrive.
On our last trip they wanted us to pay both transfers at the first one. We did.
Second transfer driver never arrived. I call them and they say they cancel because I only paid one. They never informed me about cancelation.
They checked with the driver and found out I had paid. Too late to bring driver as we were leaving for airport. We had to take regular taxi, but atleast they met us at airport to refund.
Still this company cannot be trusted. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but the failure rate is too high and totally unacceptable The chance that they arrive to pick you up is pretty much a coin toss.
So 1 star and I will take my business elsewhere in the future

Dec 2019: The driver was supposed to pick me up from the airport but never showed up. I waited for 45 mins and tried calling the phone number provided but there was no answer. When I finally made it to my hotel, the receptionist said "Oh the driver came to pick you up this morning". He went to my drop-off location instead of the pick-up location. They can't even get a simple reservation right. Total waste of time.

It was straight forward to book with Bangkok Airport Transfer. They replied and confirmed quickly. We liked that a pre-payment was not necessary and used cash with the driver. The instructions to meet the driver was clear and it was easy to find him at the meeting point in the airport. Car was good quality and driver was very nice. Highly recommended.

We initially planned to only use their service as airport transfer upon arrival to Bangkok. Given the excellent service of Khun Tono, we decided to use them for our travel back and forth to Hua Hin/Cha-am; and to the airport for departure (Khun Tono assisted us with coordination despite not being personally available). They also accomodated us by making some great stops at caves and temples on the way down south. Their vehicles were all high standard; they were on time and professional each time. Highly recommended!

We have used this service a number of times and always found them to be excellent. Always on time and where they are suppose to be. I even made a mistake by a day when we were coming into Bangkok. No problem with only a couple of hours notice they changed the pick up so the driver was waiting for us. Great service.

I booked on line a transfer from Bangkok international airport to Pattaya. Their rate ws cheaper than other companies. I was told to head to a certain gate on arrival. When I arrived I found that there was a sign board with my name and was asked to wait for 15 minutes to prepare the car. The driver was polite and the car was clean and I had no problem in the journey to Pattaya which lasted around 1 hour and 45 minutes.

I just want to clarify that you cannot leave the Bangkok airport during a layover. because I read somewhere here and also on the Thai embassy site, that one would be able to leave the airport during a long layover.
This is simply not true.
My partner and I had a 12 hour layover where we thought we would visit the city for a nice dinner but the moment we arrived, immigration did not permit us to pass. Even though a visa was not necessary with our passports. No matter how much we pleaded to even go have a 5 minute cigarette, it was not possible whatsoever with a connecting flight. The reasoning they came with was something about not being listed unless Thailand was your final destination. Also they passed a new law as of February 2019 as of absolutely no smoking within the building. Good luck trying to get out of this layover prison. 2 stars for having good over priced restaurants. A McDonald's burger is 17$.

We often visit Bangkok and usually take a taxi to the airport. Because we had so much luggage we hired a van from S Transfer (Mr Sunate Ngamlerd (To-No). He has a newish, comfortable and air conditioned Hyundai van for at least 5 people with luggage. He speaks excellent English and we enjoyed his company on the way to the airport. I am arranging a conference for 350 people in Bangkok and will recommend him to those attending.

Hi there. We arrive in Bangkok on Tuesday 2nd July. Looking to get to the Rembrandt hotel. Any idea best and cheapest way to do this. How much is taxi ? Is it easy to use train ?? Any info greatly appreciated

best way to get from BKK airport is to pre book a taxi as the airport prices can, in some cases, be double of those you pay if pre booked.
Our journey from city centre to airport cost £35 for four people and luggage.
Rembrandt is a great hotel, stopped there myself a few years ago. Close to sky train and subway terminal at Asoke so makes it very easy to get about the city
Hi we will be at BKK arriving evening @1030pm and will fly out the next day @1530. I was wondering if I can visit the Golden Palace and other recommendations from your end will be appreciated. I am concerend that there is much traffic though. please advise, thanks much!

golden palace is very good to visit, do not believe the people who say the temple is closed when you get there as they are just trying to get you to join a guided tour that can prove very expensive.
Best thing to do is to pay your entry fee and just enjot they visit under your own steam. I hope you enjoy it

Hello I will be in Bangkok on Nov 2nd at 1:30 pm (arriving) and will have only a back pack. Want to find out if it is possible to clear immigration and customs and go to the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun and get back to the airport around 9 pm? Will you be able to help me. I am a US Citizen.

I don’t about taxi fare but you may take a government official buses which is departing from airport to pattaya beach with 100% luxury and comfortable only for 125 thai currency its is very affordable then taxi 🚕 and if you are planning with taxi you may pay 2500 thai currency for 3 people
