So I purchased this and used it for roughly 48 hours. I’ve been searching for a little dock like this for my iPad mini. All of the ports work great, they are easy to insert into and remove USBs or HDMI plugs from. The product even came with a USB-C to USB-C cable to connect the dock to your device, this was a nice added bonus as I expected to have to use my own.You can see in my picture that the iPad mini sits comfortably on the dock even while it is in its ZUGU case. I am using this dock as a stand to sit above my keyboard while I type up documents or work on other things while using my larger monitor. The added SD and Micro SD card slots are amazing. I make and edit videos as a hobby and being able to just add them onto my iPad for editing is very coinvent. What I like most about this dock is it isn’t just a USB-C cable with a dongle attached. Its a stand that is easy to transport and has all the ports I would need for my day to day.My biggest "con" is that the cable that comes with it is a little longer than I need it to be, but it came with the dock so really wouldn’t consider this a con, just me complaining about something miniscule.

The headphone out jackpot is not a standard stereo left and right it’s t r r s it will not work with a standard 3.5 mm stereo audio only cable connected to speakers or line in to a audio mixer or line input on a sound card they really needed to mention this but they don’t the fact that there’s so much particular technical specifications for a headphone jack that isn’t stated is a fail on their part I had to buy another cable just to use it I shouldn’t have to do that so if you’re using this for any audio whatsoever be warned.

Here’s the bottom line at the top: this stand is excellent, and there aren’t many (or any) better options with similar features for a similar price. It’s well-built, sturdy, and looks nice. The base is slightly bulky, but it’s about as thin as possible, given the available ports. The construction looks higher-end than the price, and the whole thing just feels nice and weighty. It’s exceptionally sturdy with an 11" iPad Pro but slightly less so with a 12.4" Tab S8+. The hinges are also very stiff and will hold whatever position you put them in without concern. That said, you do need to be aware of the center of gravity when you’re using it. The stand base is lighter than an iPad Pro, so it’s possible to position the arm in such a way that the whole thing will tip backward. I wouldn’t consider this a mark against the stand since it’s hard to offer much positioning flexibility without also allowing the hinges to go back far enough to destabilize the whole thing.Portability is so-so. It will fold down relatively flat, and it’s small enough to fit in a bag without taking up much space, but it’s certainly not the kind of stand that will easily fit in a pocket or whatever. The most compact position is still around 2" thick, so you won’t be able to carry it with you if you use a really slim case or slip designed for tablets. Again, not a mark against the stand, just something to be aware of with some use cases. There are really only two "major" caveats: the lack of USB-C ports and the relatively narrow "holder" on the arm. The port variety is generally great, but be aware that you’re trading one USB-C port for two USB-A ports. The only USB-C ports on the stand are for connecting the base to power and connecting your tablet to the base. It’s a bit of a bummer and may be limiting if you use other USB-C accessories with your tablet, especially since adapters are kind of a pain. The other potential issue is the narrow arms that support the tablet. They’ll fit fairly large tablets just fine, but they won’t fit most cases. I use a relatively thin shell case (soft side bumpers and a plastic back) on my iPad, and that just barely fits. It won’t fit with the magnetic cover attached to the case, which is moderately inconvenient but not too bad. If you use a thicker case that you can’t easily remove, this stand will almost certainly not work for you at all.Still, the upsides to this stand vastly outweigh the downsides. If you need a ton of USB-C ports, use a very thick case, or need something exceptionally portable, you’ll need to look elsewhere and probably spend a lot more money. If not, I don’t think there’s a better option for double the price.

This product is understated. This is not only a phone/tablet stand, but it is also a hub to which you can connect all of your devices to a laptop/desktop. You can use this device to connect the power through the USB/C input , a HDMI cable to a monitor, and other inputs like USB/SD, micro SD cards to some other device through the USB/C output. In my setup, I connect to my MacBook so that I have all my inputs attached to this device and only the USB/C cable connected on the MacBook. This setup is pretty clean and saves a lot of space on my desk.As a stand, this device works well. The hinges are stiff so they can hold a tablet with no issue and you can also adjust the incline to get the perfect viewing angle. The build quality is also really nice, with a smooth metal finish and the color is similar to the apple Space Gray one, so a good match with my MacBook.Overall, a very good product well worth its price.

Very nice product that helps getting rid of cables around the table. I only put one cable in (to charge as well as connect to the hub) to my laptop(well you can say tablet as well) Asus Rog Flow Z 13 is a great laptop/tablet kind computer which is around 1.2 1.3 kg. After asking if it will be able to handle 1.3kg answers I got was yes. So I got the product and even though it’s 1.3kg on top of the product it is still sturdy. I would say it can easily handle 2kg. I’m happy that I’ve bought. It just came in today so I will upload another review after a month. I hope this helps for Asus Rog Flow Z13 users or someone planning to put something heavy. Just be cautious heavy stuff is not a problem but the bottom hinges can be a concern if you are willing to put something rather thick.

If you want your tablet is taking more of a professional turn, the ESR 8-in-1 stand hub can turn your iPad Pro into a basic workstation along with its USB-C and HDMI ports. First of all, the build quality is pretty nice and sturdy. And it has many ports to connect your devices through this small gadget. I tried different ports using various cards like SD and micro SD card and portable external hard drive, and every ports work perfectly. I can use external drive via Files just like we use it on Window PC. I can see the movies in the external drive and copy the photos and transfer data easily. I did not find any problems in performing these tasks. I connect my iPad Pro to my monitor using the HDMI port. Operating the iPad Pro through the big screen gave me more joy than I expected. It’s a great advantage to be able to do a lot of works with this little hub, and it doesn’t take up a lot of space on the desk, which is one of the attractive points. After purchasing the iPad Pro, this item became one of the most satisfying peripherals ever purchased. For me, it was my favorite point to operate the iPad Pro through a big screen and to be able to move and execute files easily. I think it will be a necessary device for those who want to use the iPad for various purposes.

I purchased a few ipad/iphone stand and this one is the best so far. The sturdiness is beyond what I wished. My ipad 12.9 pro is rock solid on this stand with usb-c cable attached from the hub. The even nicer feature is I can stepless adjust the angle of the stand to fulfill most positions to hold the iPad.The usb-c hub also works great. It charges the iPad connected on provided usb-c cable. I attached my usb key and SD card to the hub, the files can be easily accessed from File app, I can now conveniently transfer large files between my windows PC and iPad without subscribe to a cloud service. All of those works just find with my Apple 20W usb-c power adapter.I haven’t test the HDMI output yet, since I don’t have a workflow requires an external monitor yet. I probably will try to hook it on TV to share videos with family.Overall, it’s quite a nice iPad stand, the sturdiness and features are beyond my expectation, and I’d recommend to my friends.
