Our Company has received numerous complaints from customers concerning fraudulent impersonation of our current or former staff and agents, to promote credit products. Fraudsters even use intimidate means to force bankruptcy or immediate loan repayment from customers. Hereby, Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Limited reiterates the fact that we have not appointed any third parties to solicit business. Should you receive any suspicious phone calls, do not disclose your personal information or credit histories.

Our Company has received numerous complaints from customers concerning fraudulent impersonation of our current or former staff and agents, to promote credit products. Fraudsters even use intimidate means to force bankruptcy or immediate loan repayment from customers. We would therefore like to make the following statements:

1. Our Company does not allow any staff to contact customers through instant messaging softwares such as WhatsApp/ WeChat/ Facebook, etc. to perform direct marketing to particular individual and/or gather any personal information.
2. Our Company has not appointed any third parties to solicit business in the name of Promise (Hong Kong) Co., Limited. All our promotion calls relating to our credit report services are directly made by our customer service officers or sales representatives. We do not solicit our personal loan businesses to the public by any other means.
3. Should you receive any suspicious calls, or any messages through social media platforms or instant messaging softwares, promoting credit products and claiming to be our Company staff, do not disclose your personal information or credit histories. Please call our Customer Services Hotline at 3199 1199, or visit any of our branches for inquiries.
4. Should you have interest in our loan services, please contact us directly to avoid letting criminals take advantage. Should an individual agrees to become a borrower on the terms set out in the loan agreement, the borrower must perform his/her obligations under the agreement.
5. We declare that if someone without the consent of the Company, on behalf of the Company in any commercial activity, our Company will certainly report to the authorities, and to pursue all claims and rights reserved.
