I was welcomed into a beautiful spa by a very sweet young lady. I was seated to fill out paperwork and offered tea. It was so relaxing beside the waterfall wall. Ana came and walked me to the room. It was very beautiful and relaxing also. The facial was perfect. I would not have changed a thing. This hotel honestly has the best staff of all the hotels we go to. The relaxing area isn't large enough for the amount of people who are coming during the night so its recommended to arrive before 20:00.
There's a free dinner buffet which closes at 9:00pm. The food isn't amazing but its worth a try.
The fruit buffet is open 24/7 and they serve fresh fruits and drinks free of charge.
The staff is great however not everyone speaks English.
In Guangzhou you wont find too many 24hours spas and this one is a good, large, clean and full of treatments spa which definitely worth a visit.
I am traveling a lot in China and Spa visits is one of my favourite daily activities.

Pool , jacuzzi & gym facilities are outstanding & beautiful. Stayed here on business during canton fair & 5 different bus times to the fair starting from 8 am until 10 am was welcoming & takes the stress away. Return trips from the fair also different times was great.
