Anyone hear anything - good or bad - about this rebranded resort? Their grand opening prices are really good…
This is Dreams Palm Beach we stayed at the end of November and we really enjoyed it!!
Hi! I agree, their prices are great. It came up on a travel deal site and I booked a week at the end of April. I am desperate for reviews!!
If you are on facebook, there is a Jewel Punta Cana page with photos and reviews.

EDIT. Sorry, I just realized you were asking about Jewel Palm Beach. I read that they are closed at the moment for a bit of sprucing up before they officially open.

Edited: 1 year agoI think its open they are only doing a light renovation from Dreams handover. That said Playa resort who owned it and had Dreams managed it took it back as they already manage the Hyatt and Hilton all-inclusives though they have determined they are not keeping either of the Jewels rather than converting them into Hilton's or their new Wyndham brand (Alterra?) they are just going to sell Jewel Punta Cana and Jewel Palm Beach both previously Dreams properties.
Plan to revisit Jewel Palm beach 2024 for our third visit and have a request. Does anyone have a name and email address of someone at this resort?

Question: is there any good snorkeling right off the beach? Also is there an adults only portion or is it all family? I have seen both advertised online and am a little confused-Thanks
