Best spots to watch skateboarding in Japan!?

Hey all,

I've been a big fan of watching skaters in skateparks and at times taking photos (with permission) as I admire across all over the world. Does anyone know a good spot in Japan where I can watch skateboarders?

Has anyone had any experience they would like to share?

I am staying near Shinagawa Train Station

Skateboarding is not big in Japan. The only place I can think of is Miyashita Park in Shibuya:
