This place is a beautiful place for shopping, eating, drinking or just walking around. There is a big pool with a real ship in it. You can climb the stairs to reach up for the restaurants on the deck. You can either taste Moroccon dishes or pizzas from Italy or drink German weiss beer in a pub. Many waiter or waitress doesn't know English but they try to understand you to do their best or find someone who knows English. They are so helpful. If you forget something in a shop, pub or a restaurant. don't worry. You can find it where you have forgetten. We have forgotten our bag including wallet, telephone and passport in a pub selling Paulaner beers. They ran after us at least 500 meters to give the bag to us. Thanks to them again.

One of the favourite places of expats in Shenzhen as there lots of restaurants and cafe places to choose from. Recently I found they have also one of my favourite Da Long Yi Hot Pot restaurants. Do try out their hot pot beef.

Most pretty at sunset. We enjoyed our evening walk through the Shenzhen's Sea World located in Shekou. There are lots of nice eateries. People here are living a back to normal life in this fairly COVID-free city. Few were wearing masks. We enjoyed dinner at a restaurant overlooking the ship. Lots of nice restaurants and bars in the area.

This place has lots of restaurants that cater to westerners. You can find an arrangement of choices such as Turkish, Mexican, Italian, and German food here. In the center area there are lots of little stalls for shopping as well, so you can easily walk off that big meal.

Very nice outdoor mall with many bars and restaurants, a lot of them Western. Light shows, fountains, and eye candy to keep you distracted for the evening. Need to exercise some caution with some of the smaller bars as they are not always what they seem if you get my gist. Overall, the place was a good time.

If you go to sea world avoid to bring your kids to this place : shenzhen bell nature wonderful park, no so fare from the boat.
the animals are in pain and in poor condition, the children mistreat them and nobody tells them anything, it's really scandalous to see that.

For sightseers, there are things to see, do, and dine. My favourite time to go is at night when the place is beautifully lit up. Many great restaurants to select from, but be prepared for queues as it is a popular place.

It's a another side of the busy electronic city, this place is perfect to visit in the evening and stays open till late, with good bars, clubs and multicuisine restaurants, go on the boat and enjoy the fountain show, getting there is very easy, directly connected with Sea World Metro Station (Line 2)

Sea World is a great place for students of all ages just to stay and hang around. It has various places to eat at. If you just want to spend a little money on a great tasting dessert , there's dunkin donuts. They also serve excellent hot chocolate. If you just a fast food meal there is McDonald and KFC. The food is good, but its just like any other McDonald and KFC. Nothing really special. If you want to eat GREAT food, go to raindrops cafe for great stake or a Mexican restaurant that serves awesome Mexican food. There are A LOT of other great food places to eat. I recommend eat at all of them! Its a great place to take pictures and have a lovely time with your friends and family. Have plans to come to Seakou? Then come to Sea World!

We were fortunate enough to watch the 'dancing fountains' twice. It was a beautiful experience. The event lasted about 10 minutes each time. The changing colors gave a very romantic and mystic feeling. Definitely worth the visit. We saw the first show at 7:00 pm. After we ate dinner at Tsui Wah restaurant, we saw the show on the opposite side, which gave a better coverage of all the fountains.

I see two addresses for Sea World online. Is it at Xiaomeisha or at 3F-313A Seaview Plaza, Taizi Road, Shekou, Shenzhen?

2 different sea worlds. Xiaomeisha is an aquarium and tourist attraction. The other is bars, restaurants, a big ship, some shopping, also a tourist attraction and the area where a large number of the expats live. I live a 10 minute walk from the sea world on taizi rd.

SeaWorld is not a theme park so its free entry. There are Western restaurants, shops, a water/light show at night. The shore is a short walk away too. Its very relaxed. Take metro line 2 and get off at SeaWorld and go to the exit for Sea World. Any exit will work, really. Walk towards the big white cruise ship and you will be in SeaWorld.

No entrance ticket for sea world. It is an open area for shopping and dining with nice sound and light show.
Yes it also has a small snow town which charges around 100 rmb person for 1 hour.
