Liverpool FC has released the following ticket details for the FA Community Shield to be played on Saturday July 30, 2022.

Location: King Power Stadium

Kick-off: 5pm BST

Selling details: The club has received an allocation of 12,055 tickets for this fixture. The FA has confirmed that barcoded tickets will be issued for this match.

TICKET PRICES

  • Category 1: £55 (adult) / £45 (concessions)
  • Category 2: £45 (adult) / £35 (concessions)
  • Category 3: £35 (adult) / £25 (concessions)
  • Category 4: £30 (adult) / £20 (concessions)

Within the allocation are 156 restricted view tickets that carry a £10 reduction, and 58 severely restricted view seats that carry a £12 reduction.

Price notes: Concessionary priced tickets apply to young adults (17-21), over 65s and juniors aged 16 and under.

Seventeen per cent of the adult tickets are priced at £55, 26 per cent are priced at £45, 22 per cent are priced at £35 and 35 per cent are priced at £30.

Ticket sales process: The club winning the FA Cup in May has enabled us to qualify for the Community Shield and therefore the selling criteria for this match has been based on attendance at FA Cup games played during season 2021-22.

Tickets purchased for this match will not count as priority for any future matches.

Sales will take place ONLINE only for all qualifying supporters and a queuing system may be in place.

First sale – Priority Rights Holders – tickets are guaranteed.

Tickets will then be made available based on the following FA Cup fixtures recorded during the 2021-22 season:

Home games:

Cardiff City (06.02.22)

Norwich City (02.03.22)

Away games:

Nottingham Forest (20.03.22)

Second sale – tickets are guaranteed for qualifying seasonal hospitality premier club and Carlsberg dugout members, season ticket holders and official Members who recorded FOUR of the above games.

Ballot registration process: Seasonal hospitality premier club and Carlsberg dugout members, season ticket holders and official Members who recorded ONE or more of the above games can REGISTER for the ballot online from 1pm on Thursday July 7 until 7.30am on Monday July 11.

Once the registration period has ended, a ballot will take place and priority will be given to those supporters with the greatest number of games.

Supporters will be notified of the ballot results by email after 3pm on Wednesday July 13.

Supporters will also be able to check ‘My Account’ after 11am on Thursday July 14 to find out if they are successful or have been given a waiting list position.

First sale status: Guaranteed sale, up to a maximum of eight tickets per booking.

Priority Rights Holders who wish to attend the match with qualifying seasonal premier club and dugout hospitality members, season ticket holders or official Members can do so only during the guaranteed sale taking place from 11am on Tuesday July 12.

Second sale: Seasonal hospitality premier club and Carlsberg dugout members, season ticket holders and official Members who recorded FOUR of the above games from 11am on Tuesday July 12 until 7.30am on Wednesday July 13.

Second sale status: Guaranteed sale – supporters can purchase one ticket per Supporter ID number, up to a maximum of eight tickets per booking.

Third sale: Seasonal hospitality premier club and Carlsberg dugout members, season ticket holders and official Members who recorded ONE or more of the above games, REGISTERED for and are SUCCESSFUL in the BALLOT from 8.15am on Friday July 15 until 6.30am on Monday July 18.

Third sale status: Guaranteed sale – supporters can purchase one ticket per Supporter ID number, up to a maximum of maximum of eight tickets per booking.

IN THE EVENT TICKETS REMAIN

Fourth sale: Seasonal hospitality premier club and Carlsberg dugout members, season ticket holders, and official Members who recorded ONE or more of the above games, REGISTERED for and are given a WAITING LIST position that becomes eligible for a ticket from 11am on Tuesday July 19.

Fourth sale status: Non-guaranteed sale – supporters can purchase one ticket per Supporter ID number, up to a maximum of eight tickets per booking.

TICKET FULFILMENT (Delivery of Tickets)

All supporters will have the following two options when booking tickets online:

UK Supporters

1. Choose to have your tickets sent by post:

Tickets will be sent via Special Delivery at a charge of £7.68 and sent to the registered address of the person making the booking. Please ensure that the address is up to date at the time of purchase as we are unable to redirect tickets to an alternative address once your booking is complete.

2. Choose to collect your tickets from the ticket office at Anfield:

The dates for collecting tickets will be published here and supporters MUST collect their tickets no later than 3pm on Thursday July 28. Tickets not collected will not be duplicated or refunded.

Photo ID in the form of a passport, driving licence or citizens card, and a copy of your ticket purchase confirmation email must be provided before we can issue tickets.

Non-UK supporters

To avoid tickets being delayed in the post, or undelivered, ALL overseas supporters will be required to collect their tickets from the King Power Stadium in Leicester. Full details will be emailed to supporters ahead of the game.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Supporters are advised not to travel without a ticket.

Tickets are strictly non-transferable and ARE NOT available to 'distribute' to other supporters.

Tickets will be made available on a first come, first served basis, and we cannot guarantee that the price of ticket you wish to purchase will be available.

Liverpool FC will not take any responsibility for any financial losses due to lost, destroyed, or damaged tickets, or take responsibility for any financial losses due to tickets being stolen, lost, or delayed by the Post Office.

Tickets are STRICTLY non-transferable. Liverpool FC must furnish details to the Football Association on all tickets purchased, i.e. names, and addresses of supporters corresponding to the seat details on the tickets issued to the supporter. The FA have indicated that random checks will be carried out at the stadium.

Liverpool FC will not be responsible for any supporter being refused entry either into the stadium, the city of Leicester or the UK. We advise supporters to refer to, and meet any changes to entry requirements on the UK Government website.

The club cannot accept any responsibility for losses incurred due to the purchase of travel, and accommodation IF further sanctions are imposed.
