Juan Carlos and Carlos (guides) were flexible with the group, allowing the participants to truly enjoy the moment while staying on schedule. They were very knowledgeable about the areas we were visiting, which allowed us to enjoy the experience even more. I didn’t know what to expect since it was the first time for me, so I was a bit scared, but they made me feel so comfortable. Sergio's cheering jokes and Brian’s confident calmness made me relax and enjoy the experience. They also took tons of great photos and videos! There was a small group of us and we had so much fun. Muchas gracias chicos!

The steps are in great condition and there are ample opportunities to stop and rest. The rocks at the falls are slippery and caution is necessary. - JiggyG5590Johnston, RI6 contributionsThis was our second trip with Inside Tours. Percy was our guide this time and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was so informative and truly care about his group. This trip was celebrating my sister’s 5 years of sobriety and Percy was very ambient to inform the beverage serving crew to make sure there was no alcohol in her drinks, that way there was no chance of a language barrier causing her to accidentally get an alcoholic beverage. He obviously just met us but he was so proud of her accomplishment, he made her a flower out of a palm leave and taught her how to salsa! 💃. My other sister is hearing impaired and Percy signed to her in sign language and made sure she understood everything he was saying and pointing out to us so that she didn’t miss anything. We saw multiple dolphins on the way to the island and the snorkeling experience was so cool. I am soooo pleased we made this part of our trip. Warning, if you have fair skin like I do, make sure to use a high SPF sunblock and apply it MULTIPLE times throughout the day. I did and still got a pretty decent sunburn. - Danyele G1 contributionWe had an incredible time with Captain Rob (aka Coach Rob) on the Sunset Cruise! We really wanted to do a boat ride but did not want to dedicate a whole day to one of the longer tours, and this one was absolutely perfect! Don't be fooled by there only being a couple reviews. The sunset cruise is a new offering, but he has many more amazing reviews on his other tour options you can check out.
Captain Rob was very prompt picking us up, the boat was super clean and he even had some beverages and fruit/snacks for us, which was great. We rode out for a bit before stopping to jump in the water, float on some pool noodles and enjoy a cold beer or two! After we were done swimming, we hopped back in the boat and took a ride along the coastline, even finding some dolphins that ended up swimming right up next to the boat! The weather was perfect and the sunset was gorgeous. Pictures do not do it justice. - Jan T7 contributionsThis combo tour was super exciting and so much fun for our family with 4 teens!! We zipped line along tree tops and canyons, went rappelling, wall climbing and did the Tarzan swing. River tubing was our fave. The rapids will definitely get you drenched. They have staffs by big rapids to ensure everyone are safe. The horse ride was a pretty chill time after the first 2 adventures. We had a tasty lunch right after then ended our day with the thermal bath. This tour included several zip lines in a variety of lengths and speeds. There were a few fun hanging bridges. You definitely feel like you are having a Tarzan experience! The staff was amazing! We brought our 4 year old daughter. She was very nervous at first and didn’t want to join the family. After one ride she was brave enough to do the rest of the tour. The guides was extra cautious and sweet with her.
