The space
Our guests that stay in the Apartment love the closeness to the lagoon and the huge bonus of having one of the best restaurants on the island a short stroll away to enjoy cocktails, dinner or pizza on the beach with the sand between your toes.

The Apartment itself is on the first floor, approximately 70m2, self contained and private with no neighbors either side, modern and airy and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable including a real comfy beds and plenty of room for everybody!

What makes the it stand out is where it is situated. The sunsets are incredible and can be seen off your deck, the beach is right there with no roads to cross and is quiet with golden coral free sand and great for walks when the day is ending.

A spacious upstairs apartment giving a real feeling of space and privacy away from others. Less than 5 years old so has all the modern features of a home away from home.

Guest access
Vaka Retreat guests have full access to all facilities onsite including the kayaks , snorkeling equipment (no fins) .

The beach is steps from the apartment and is all yours to enjoy and usually deserted as is away from the busy resorts and hotels so when you hit the lagoon its just you.

400m along the road is a great convenience store, gas station, ATM, cafe, takeaways and car rental if you decide to book a vehicle whilst here.

There is onsite parking available and a great restaurant with beach dining is just a stroll from the apartment

Who would love Vaka Beach Retreat?
- a couple wanting something modern, a bit up market but at a great nightly rate
- a small family as there are two large beds available, one private in the bedroom the other in the open plan living area
- guests wanting to be close to the beach with no roads to cross just a few steps away but dont want to pay the large nightly rates for absolute beach front.
- guests wanting a private get away , the apartment is upstairs with no one else either side or above you - just you !
- those not wanting to be in the main tourist hubs of the island, the South Side is still quiet and not full of resorts and hotels. its easy enough to get to the main areas of the island but you dont need to be staying amongst it !
