Come on Trip Advisor, this company is a scam. Nobody there to meet us and now they are trying to blame us. We waited fro 45 minutes and played a little game with them that ended in the 6 of us taking the train.

The worse you can experience when you finally arrive after 2 connected flight of more than 15 hours with 2 tired kids...is to reach the indicated meeting point for airport transfer to your hotel and NOTHING.
In a very crowded airport we managed to reach Arrival Terminal Gate no. 3 where we could not find our name on the flipping cards with names held by dozens of people. We called all phone numbers we received via Trip Advisor/Viator confirmation message, the phone numbers received:
"Dear Vivian,
Your confirmation ID is 61010/2019 for tomorrow Airport arrival transfer .Your pickup time for tomorrow is around 18:55 from Airport Gate number 3 (Second floor) .Driver number is 061-9955656 , 091-8787485. In any urgently assistance please contact to our number 081 440 9926 . Thanks for booking with us.

Needless to say that we called them all, even helped by a local lady from Information booth, no answer. In the end, after 2 hours somebody answered at 091-8787485. I told them my situation, he just hand up on me.
Then I decided enough if enough, I booked locally a private van that costed us ONLY 1,000 THB and we reached our hotel in 30 minutes without a hustle.
Or you might download the GRAB local ride-sharing app that will bring you a van transfer for 600 THB...
I wrote Trip Advisor requesting for a full refund, hope they will prove professional and do it. If not, I lost 55 EURO but they lost a customer for life and I will gladly share my experience around because it is important to share the good as well as the bad experiences between us.
Trip Advisor / Viator must better check their local partners because an experience like this destroy your holiday mood. A follow-up surveillance call or email would be very useful for them as they will push vendors respect the terms they commited to.
In rest, ENJOY, Thailand is a fascinating vibrant country!

Dear valued customer , thanks for sharing your feedback . Please be noted that your pick up time was around 18:55, and our driver was already at the airport and we already hang the Pla card with your name at gate number 3 . Our driver waited till 21:40 pm at the airport but you did not show up . We still apologize but we already provided our service so we can not refund for this case . We only provide for 100% refund when something wrong happened from our side . Anyway thanks for opting our service .
