Outstanding guest experience, a safe and fun place for families travelling with young children! We will definitely come back here again and we have already highly recommended the hotel to our friends!!! *** We can't thank Ms Viet Xuan the Guest Experience Manager enough who has been going above and beyond in taking care of the situation and our little boy when there was an unfortunate accident happended near the pool. She is an absolute asset to any 5* resorts with her exceptional customer centric experience who aims to provide the best experience for their guests!
We recently spent 2 nights at the Pullman Hotel Phu Quoc the 1st time and were nicely surprised and pleased with how beautiful and comfortable the hotel room is. We were allocated a room with a direct sea view from the main building, The hotel offered a really nice touch welcoming us with a personalised anniversary cake for our 10th anniversary, thanks to a lovely girl at the reception, Ms Huyen Chan. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and yummy healthy juices to choose from. The hotel is doing great in reducing less plastic and eco friendly environment. Our boy loved the kids club with lots of fun activities for them like face painting, dancing, art lessons, etc. Thank you again Pullman Hotel for the outstanding experience and especially to their staff like Ms Xuan who has set a different very high standard for the other 5* resorts follow. I had a short trip to Phu Quoc last week and I chose Pullman Phu Quoc to stay for 3 days 2 nights as hotel is a brand new and it was a good choice Hotel driver was waiting for us and picked us up to hotel right after we landed. During our short trip to hotel, he also gave us short introduction of Phu Quoc island. When we arrived to hotel, staff already waited for us outside with a big smile. Check-in process was very quick. After a delicious welcomed drink, we were so ready to see our room. More than our expectation, the room was spacious with modern facilities. Everything is automatic - one click, sheer and curtain will open/close automatically. We had a huge smart television. Big surprise was they have big bathtub and using Japanese toilet. Welcome amenities were plentiful, a big fresh fruit plate with various choice of tea and coffee. We also have a private pool which was amazing. Staff was kind enough to lend us a big swan to play in the pool and take ton of pictures. And don’t forget that they have a really huge, beautiful public pool which you can sit inside the pool and enjoy your cocktail. It is not only romantic to couple but also very reasonable to family because they design a special area for kid. Everything is perfect from room to staff but the things which made me feel special of this hotel is that they truly care about the details. I love the way they present their dishes, colourful, vibrant and of course delicious. Breakfast was very good, I couldn’t help myself to stop eating. They have beautiful cups collection which I really want to bring them back with me. Everything is matched with ocean theme. From the spoon to plate, it just matchs. And one thing you need to try is their french fries, this was the most delicious french fries I have had in my life. Each night staff gave us different turndown service. They also care about the environment which I really appreciate. They use water in can instead of plastic bottle, and they don’t print menus in room, all menus, guideline, everything are digital, available in huge TV and very easy to use. Amazing ! Special thanks to Ms Lien and team who took care us very well. We will come back in the nearest future.

This was our first time staying at the Pullman Phu Quoc resort and we had a total of twelve nights here . The hotel is about 15 mins from the airport and we bought a package which also included pick up and drop off which was very handy and worked well. The hotel is large, modern and has spacious rooms and grounds . Great pool and swim up pool bars plus choice of two main restaurants and bar snacks . Good air conditioning and room facilities . We had full board and ate mostly in the salt and pepper restaurant or the Beach bar (beautiful setting watching the sun set and with excellent service . Food was always excellent and fresh . Cooks were superb . What makes the Pullman however is the staff . From cleaners to wait staff to gardeners and cooks …everyone we encountered was great. Service was beyond reproach and excellent . Staff were always helpful and patient with our poor Vietnamese … fortunately more of the staff spoke better English than we did Vietnamese! We didn’t use all the facilities because of the heat and humidity ( eg tennis courts ) or children’s facilities but did use pool , spa , bikes , night bus to markets and fitness room . And nightly cocktails which were delicious and well made ( Thankyou Dung and the young man serving ) You need transport to get around but we found Grap useful and easy to book through . We also chose two tours through Johns Tours which were excellent and reasonably priced and allowed hotel pickup . The beach itself can be quite exposed but is cleaned regularly . There is basic equipment available for hire I believe . There is much development going on around Phu Quoc itself and hotels are spread out . If you enjoy walking to nearby shops / towns this isn’t for you . Most of the guests during our stay were Vietnamese families and a few international tourists . Overall the prices are on a par with other hotels of this quality and we felt we had good value from the package we bought .

I stayed 4 days 3 nights in this resort. I am pretty much impressed with most aspects that this resort has to offer. Room is very clean, spacious with a comfortable bed and a huge bath tub. I particularly Like the electrical bidet. Room services are very easy. The room deisgn is Modern too.
Hotels in Vietnam have improved but are still short of small details that Thai is better in, ie taking care of the scents in lobby, trendy music in lobby, welcoming towel to clean guest's hand before a welcome drink.
Things that can be improved on : 1. Never ask ur own guests to push their own luggage to their rooms, which should be taken care by the front desk staffs instead. I was shocked when the hotel staff brought us to our luggage and distributed our own luggage to us, so that we could push it to our room ourselves. I would say this doesn't make a good impression from the start of a guest's stay.
2. Drinking water provided in the room should be in a plastic bottle or environmentally friend bottle instead of glass bottle for good safety reason. I dropped one of the drinking water bottle in the room and the glass bottle shattered into pieces. I had to ask for cleaning service to clean the mess. It could have been avoided if the bottle is made of plastic instead of glass. Safer for family with kids too.
3. The private beach is very good, with toys for kids provided, kayaking activity, jetski services, and photo taking corners. Cocktail drinks are served too. The only thing could have improved on is the cleanliness of the beach, which I found many plastic pieces and wastes in the sands while stepping on it may injure a person's feet if the plastic pieces are sharp.
4. Access to breakfast buffet can be done better. Guests staying in the villa can enter the buffet area without going through the front desk staffs. This simply means some guests can even have free buffet if went unnoticed ! Some form of barrier can be placed at some entrance during buffet time to overcome this problem.
5. Maintenance of the room can be improved on. My shower room drain got clogged one night and my bath tub drainage had similar problem. However, it was rectified very quickly by their attentive staffs.
MAD cow at the top floor is absolutely a 5 star restaurant, serving fabulous beefs and Asian fusion foods. Cocktails served at lobby are really good too. Shuttle bus to the resort and from the resort is very new and comfortable.
Overall, just if Pullman Phu Quoc has taken care all small details even better, it would have been a perfect 5/5. Nevertheless, still a perfect resort for family, couple and solo travellers.

I don't normally write reviews unless I am pleasantly surprised. Our stay at This resort is the second part of our winter getaway in Vietnam. The resort is world class, our rooms were spotless with great features we had a normal room but were upgraded thanks to our kids paying the extra fee to have a pool cabana room. The staff were very friendly with great service , very attentive and eager to please nothing was too hard. The main reataurant has a great menu to cater to all testes. The food quality was fantastic but the prices were not cheap. There is also a specially restaurant on the 9th floor to take in the sunset views. The Mad Cow steak restaurant is one of the best steak restaurants I have eaten at. Great Australian steaks cooked over a Charcoal BBQ. Our waiter was very obliging and knew his steaks well we opted to become an Accor Plus member which gave us a 50% Discount on all the meals in the hotel and gave us 15% discount on all drinks.
The manager Michael also introduced himself to us and was very helpful throughout our 8 night stay. We will return again for sure.

My wife and I just returned home after staying 7 nights at the Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort and we had a wonderful relaxing stay that exceeded our expectations. First the good: excellent customer service throughout the resort but especially want to single out Ly and Vi the Salt and Pepper restaurant. Ly always greeted us so warmly at breakfast and even remembered our coffee orders after our first day there. She would check up on us during breakfast and even bringing us refills of our coffee. Vi spoke with a delightful Australian accent and was so fun and enjoyable to talk to during dinner. She would go out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our meals there. We also had 2 massages at the resort and they were both top notch. The exercise room was available 24 hours per day and I often seen staff inside cleaning to ensure hygienic conditions. The food served is very good and portions are generous. The negatives: a 20 minute drive away from "town" and there isn't too much to do around the resort (lots of construction and road work) so if you only want to stay and relax at the resort, then this isn't really a negative. Only 1 shuttle per day to go into town (at 6pm returning at 9pm).

our stay at the Pullman Phu Quoc was so wonderful and enjoyable. the hotel was new, spacious and stylist, we stayed at the lowrise room nearby the beach side with a private pool just can jump from our room. it's a very relaxing and decent hotel. The breath taking sunset views at the beach was fantastic.

The hotel is beautiful. All the staffs are so polite, helpful and friendly. Pullman Phu Quoc was the first resort we saw using canned water. It's so thoughtful to think about the environment. They have huge pool. Kid pool and mini water park will keep your kids busy for awhile. Don't miss the sunset over the pool too.
I would highly recommend for family vacation.

We had a cabana room that shares a private pool with the other three. It was fantastic to have a swimming pool by your door step. The room was well cleaned daily thanks to the amazingly nice house keeper Thái who offered us more drinking water as we had a young toddler and a baby. Thank you Thái!
Another remarkable experience had we with their excellent service. We odered some food at the pool that included sweet potatoes fries. The normal potatoes fries came instead as mistaken. The staff Như Thảo offered us the potatoes fries for free and would bring the ordered sweet one. Turned out it was out of oder. Two days later at breakfast, she approached us with a lovely handmade card saying how sorry she was and wishing us a wonderful holiday.
One minus point is that even though the breakfast buffer was great, food for lunch and dinner was overpriced and not that much of varieties as well as quality, considering the resort is 30 minutes away from town, guests who stay for 5 days like us would have to eat the same things everyday.

My husband and I stayed with friends for 3 nights over new years. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and high quality with lots of options. The cuisines and vegetables were prepared with high food standards (clean vegetables). The staff were the highlight of the trip, very attentive with excellent english. Special mention to Jeff, the very talented guitarist and singer who kept us entertained and was engaging with all guests during his sets. The beach cabana with shared pool worked best for us (2 couples) and we essentially had a private pool closest to the beach (room 7008 and 7108). Thank you Pullman!

We were there Sep 2023 - there are heaps of massage, some restaurants and a night market with stalls about 1-1.5km away towards the Novotel- cost about $4 in a taxi with tip but we walked every day for a massage. Opposite direction along the beach towards the Intercontinental was the sailing club - maybe 10 mins if slow walking- not a real sailing club but a nice bar, restaurant with pool on the beach. Mini mart well stocked on the main road about 10 mins slow walk- if you go there don’t forget to feed the doggo across the road (Skinny Girl) could probably do with a snack by now. :)
We could eat anywhere but Mad Cow did have restrictions - 2 courses from memory. You can have more but pay the difference. Our drinks were for mealtimes.
