The space
It's an architecturally designed studio with beautiful views and sun. Creative books and magazines are available for reading. Large flat lawn. Lovely private hot bath tub (not a spa) looking over the city. Chrome cast and screen on the mezzanine. Wifi, internet, and ethernet. Cereal, milk, tea, and plunger coffee provided. (butter and jam not provided currently due to pandemic) Comfy queen bed in the loft mezzanine access via ladder. High-quality Danish sofa double bed in the common space. Free on street parking with a walkup of 4 flights of stairs to the studio. outside bbq for cooking (no oven or hob in kitchenette).

Other things to note
1. Free on street parking with a walk up 4 flights of stairs to the studio. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities.
2. Access to loft mezzanine via ladder. Let us know if you would prefer for the couch double bed to be made up instead if you are uncomfortable climbing the ladder. There should be linen under the fold out if you change your mind and want to make the couch bed yourself.
3. There is no oven or hob in the kitchenette. There is a BBQ outside if you would like to cook
4. Exposed location can be windy.
5. Bus stop is 1 minute away. Catch the number 7 to town.
6. Large suitcases can be cumbersome up the stairs.
7. There is an outside hot bath tub with instant hot water which looks out over Wellington (not a spa)
