Our attendant Julita Dantes at Gate not only was very kind but had empathy OUR sister passed away.They cancelled our flight and we're not going to book us until next when we'd miss the funeral the Supervisor was no help at cold and just didn't care but Julita took care of us at the airport.I won't forget her kindness.My whole family thanks you Sheryl B..…

I will never fly with United airlines again. The customer service is well below standard. The cabin crew don’t smile and seem to just want to gets things done and out the way. They don’t take responsibility for anything. They provided the wrong dinner to a GF customer who had a reaction. My friend had order a special meal as a veggie, not GF. The meal came and it had her name and seat no. They apparently told the son of the GF passenger that my friend had eaten the Gf and gave him the seat number. He then came over and rudely accused her of causing his mother’s reaction, but hoped we enjoyed the meal and hope we were happy with what we had done. This was incorrect as we she did not have a GF meal but an Asian veggie one. I complained to the attendant but she was not bothered. The responsibility for this error lies with the airline, however as passengers were blamed for it by the son. We received no apology from the attendants for his error or an admiration that they should not have given him a an incorrect seat no, so he could incorrectly berate us on the airplane. They did not seem to care. Don’t fly with this awful miserable airline.…

United airlines is a scam. Tried to book a flight with a credit I received when I canceled a flight in January due to illness. When it came time to use it, even though it said to book by 12/19/2024, they don't tell you that you have a week to use it or it expires. If I knew this I would've just asked for a full refund. I will never use this airline again. Cramped uncomfortable seats, flights never arrive on time.…

Hate them. Had to cancel because I was proposed to after the flight was booked and needed to plan the wedding and save up for it. And quite honestly, before you say I have a year to use it, I don’t want to be constrained to when you tell me when I can go. What if I get married exactly one year later and then decide to go on a trip. It’ll be right after. I understand canceling a flight is a hassle but I cancelled the flight one week after booking and the flight was not for 4 months. I should have received a refund instead of travel credits.…
