Welcome to stunning Te Ngaere Bay located on the exquisite, scenic east coast of Northland.

This unique bach is situated on 25 hectares (60 acres) of beautiful mature bush and pines, and has incredible sea views with all rooms looking out over the beach. A perfect place to stay and play, whether for a romantic getaway, or with another couple or two.

The space
What makes this bach so unique?

* 3 totally private bedroom pods (all with king beds and hotel linen), and a bathroom and laundry pod, separated but connected by open decks to the main living pod where you’ll find all the modern luxuries to elevate the enjoyment of your stay… double dish drawers, large fridge/freezer with inbuilt ice maker, and a La Marzocco coffee machine with Mazzer grinder.
* An alfresco outdoor shower (as well as the indoor one)
* A Stoney Creek smokehouse for your catch
* The main living space opens up on both sides to create an open flowing pavilion that connects the back barbecue area to the kitchen and front deck.
* A pool converted from a water tank on the property.
* Bush walking tracks over the property.
* Direct walking access to three beaches.
* Parking for your boat as well - easy launching off the beach if you have a 4WD vehicle.
* Four mountain bike tracks.

The bach was completed in December 2020 by which time several walking tracks had already been created, and more are continuing to be created. Pine eradication and native planting is also ongoing.

Four mountain bike tracks have now been created on the property by the same person who built tracks at the nationally recognised Waitangi Mountain Bike Park. Please note: the tracks are ridden at your own risk and we are not responsible for damage to your bikes or yourself.

Guests strictly limited to 6 people. Booked guests only on the property. No parties permitted.
Strictly NO SMOKING.
As the property is surrounded by bush a strict NO FIRES policy also applies.
