The Amazon Prime streaming service comes with more benefits than just its content.

You’ll enjoy premium delivery on specific Amazon packages, as well as access to shows like fan favourite The Marvelous Ms Maisel and action-packed comic series The Boys.

You’ll also get access to the best offers on Amazon.co.uk on Amazon Prime Day, with deals specifically offered to Prime members.

Nowadays, there’s a surplus of video platforms to choose from – everything from Netflix and NOW TV, to niche Disney Plus, Brit Box and Apple TV – so extra features are a good thing.

There’s usually not much difference in the price of these platforms, either, so how much will a Prime subscription set you back each month, and is it worth the cost?

We’ve got all the details.

How much does Amazon Prime cost in the UK?

An Amazon Prime membership will set you back £8.99 per month or £95 per year.

You can opt for a monthly subscription, which you can cancel at any time, or save a little bit of cash by choosing the yearly payment – which will work out at about £7.92 per month.
