咁啱有一次朋友介紹,膽粗粗就去試吓叫左一份餐,入面有蝦和帶子和拖羅,完全被它們的口感和味道征服了。蝦和帶子都炸得金黃酥脆,外層酥脆內裡鮮嫩多汁,彷彿一口咬下就能感受到海鮮的鮮甜。每一口咬下去,都散發出誘人的香氣,配上搭配的醬汁,更增添了一層美味的風味。整體來說,這道天婦羅給我留下了深刻的印象,絕對是一道令人垂涎欲滴的佳餚! 繼續閱讀

今日我嚟左食一間喺北角嘅天婦羅丼餐廳,名為天海家草庵。我試咗佢哋嘅海鮮天婦羅定食同埋海老同帆立貝天婦羅天丼。首先,我要講下呢間餐廳嘅海鮮天婦羅定食。我叫咗個有海老、白身魚、烏賊、軟殼蟹同埋帆立貝嘅。呢個定食好豐富,每樣食材都煮得啱啱好,唔會太熟或者太生。尤其係帆立貝,好新鮮好彈牙,真係好好味!另外,佢哋嘅天婦羅炸得好香脆,一啖咬落去就聽到咔嘣聲,好滿足。總括而言,呢個海鮮天婦羅定食係好好食嘅,令我好有食慾。而家嚟講下海老同帆立貝天婦羅天丼。首先,我要讚揚下佢哋嘅海老同帆立貝,新鮮又大隻,煮熟之後好鮮甜。而丼飯嘅份量都好足夠,啱啱好。不過,我覺得佢哋嘅丼飯可以再煮軟啲,有啲硬。但係整體而言,呢個海老同帆立貝天婦羅天丼都係好好味,值得一試。總括而言,我好鍾意天海家草庵嘅海鮮天婦羅定食同埋海老同帆立貝天婦羅天丼。佢哋嘅食材好新鮮,味道唔錯。餐廳環境亦都好舒適,服務亦都好好。如果你係天婦羅愛好者,一定要嚟試下。 繼續閱讀

It has been awhile since my last tempura. I just walked in immediately. Staff immediately led the way and asked if I would like tea or water. Friendly and polite. Such a gentleman. I ordered sesami tendon with extra mini udon. It was such a nice set. Tempura was on a thin batter, literally oil free taste and texture. Incredibly crispy. Shrimp was light and a bit fluffy. Cooked perfectly. Vegetables were moist and in big thick cuts. The circular tempura was actually soft boiled egg. Definitely surprised me. Nicely done and runny yolk. Best to serve with rice. The bowl of rice was in a small portion. Could ask for extra rice with an addition of hkd10. I asked for extra udon instead. Udom was chewy as it should be. Very good soup base which paired well with the tempura and not as salty as some did. A bowl of miso soup was served as a side. Unfortunately, I personally thought the tofu in the soup was sour which more likely turned bad. I didn't ask for a change as probably the whole batch was pretty much the same. And I was pretty full at that time. Salad was fresh and crispy. Cherry tomatoes were amazingly sweet and salad was light dressed. Perfect to eat with the deep fried tempura. The food in this establishment is literally liquid gold, god given form. Truly the restaurant of all time. The tempura is more crisp the rtx 3080. The udon is literally life changing I can see god. The food is so fantastic I am willing to serve under tenkaiya’s rule. This is some of the best tempura I have ever eaten. This food speaks to me in surround sound.
