Lawn Road Retreat provides exceptional (accessible) accommodation and meeting facilities for large groups. Plenty of space both inside and out. All of the eight/nine well appointed bedrooms have ensuites. Features include an outdoor entertaining area with fireplace, salt water swimming pool, 14 to 16 seater hot tub, pizza oven, tennis court, volleyball area, pool table, outdoor table tennis table, pentanque court, wonderful music system, large 20 seater dining table and expansive lawn.

The space
Situated in a lovely rural setting surrounded by farmland, vineyards and orchards, this is the perfect place to completely relax and unwind in as well as a place to come together and celebrate with others. With two kitchens and living areas there’s plenty of space for all. You won’t be waiting long to have a shower either – all bedrooms have ensuites. Corporate groups will enjoy the completely separate room with large smart tv and attached breakout room. This room doubles up as a games room for guests with the meeting table doubling up as a pool table. The breakout room can act as a ninth bedroom there is an additional charge of $100 to make this up for groups that are 16 or under. There is an additional $100 per person per night charge for guests over 16 up to a maximum of 20.
Note: 3 night min stay weekends from Oct to end April and long weekends. Five night min stay Xmas and New Year bookings. Four night minimum stay for January and Easter bookings.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the retreat grounds. Please not that this does not include the farmland beside the retreat.

The location is unbeatable – it’s close to all the main centres and just a 5 min drive to the popular Hawke’s Bay farmers market as well as to some of Hawke’s Bays most famous wineries including Black Barn, Craggy Range, Clearview and Elephant Hill. Even better - it's just a five minute cycle to access the iconic Hawke's Bay cycle path.
