As of Friday, September 1, 2023, the Passenger Service Facility Charge (PSFC) and Passenger Security Service Charge (PSSC) have been revised as follows.PSFC and PSSC are paid by passengers on international flights at the same time as their airfare when they purchase air tickets and are used to cover expenses for the maintenance and security of common spaces in the terminal buildings.
