Virgin Atlantic has a pretty good product once you get on board, but their business class herringbone configuration is odd and old. The real problem with this airline is that if anything, and I mean anything goes sideways you are on your own. My wife's luggage was lost and the customer service was terrible and frankly non existent. With this airline you really roll the dice and hope nothing goes wrong, because if it does here is what happens: 1. You will not be able to talk to a real person, unless you wait on hold for greater than one hour 2. When you get a hold of someone, they will give you a standard response with no help or followup. 3. They will hide behind the Montreal convention and severely undervalue your belongings. 4. When they lost our luggage, they made really no effort to find our bags, and we ended up losing a lot on money in this situation with ZERO remedy. It's cheaper for them to just declare it lost, and not bother anymore. Will never fly them again, I just can't trust the company.…
