我在这住了4天，因为要去金色沙滩参加婚礼，从酒店走过去只需要5分钟。选择这家酒店是因为它的阳台带浴缸。入住办理的并不算快，我等了超过30分钟才办完。房间很宽敞很漂亮，但是我走进去的时候地板上有沙子一样的东西，没扫过没擦过，我只能穿着浴室的拖鞋。淋雨和枕头很好很舒服，电视频道太少了，大部分是中文频道，没有电影频道或是国家地理。我定的房间带免费早餐，但是这早餐太让人失望了，盘子和杯子是脏的，一个盘子底下甚至还粘着酱，还得赶走酱上的苍蝇。酒店离乔治镇30分钟路程，距离槟城机场45-60分钟。从机场到酒店我花了46林吉特，从酒店走路5分钟可以有麦当劳或赛百味。酒店附近有3-4家按摩店。酒店的浴室还是很漂亮的。

Dear poyosann, Thank you very much for sharing with us and deeply regret you did not highlighted, your TV issue as we would have gladly assisted you. I tried to find which room number you were in but could not find regrettably your name. It is why it is most important for us to be informed immediately to assure we can assist to the best we can; we have actually 14 channels showing all the local TV programs,International news BBC, National geographic, Sport channel, cartoon, Movie channel, NHK and one chinese channel with Star Chinese; again I sincerely regret not been able to assist you in reviewing your tv to assure it was properly working. Also we could have introduce you our new Smart TV to enable you to see your favorite show way from home, please accept my sincere apologies. We will keep working hard to improve ourselves to serve all our guests better day after day. We hope to welcome you back and prove to you that we are better than that. Most sincerely, Francois

因为看了某套电视剧的关系，所以选了这间酒店。没有带着太多的想法入住这间酒店，但最后的体验非常棒。
跟朋友一行4人入住豪华园林客房，两张双人床，两人一张空间也是足够的。因为是跟朋友庆祝生日，所以预先跟酒店说了，酒店也为我们准备了蛋糕，味道也不错。因为房费包含早餐，早餐是自助形式，食物种类丰富，周围的风景怡人，很舒服。
酒店内蛮多设施，最喜欢的是游戏室，里面有桌球，也有其他一些桌游。因为其中一天下大雨，没有出去玩，就整天待在游戏室里渡过，但也玩得很过瘾。

Dear Un Kei L, Yes the famous movie was turn in our property and hope you felt like the stars performing in the show ;)) Your great score and wonderful feedbacks about our services, and food offering particularly for breakfast are receive with great pride and relief as at time reading other feedback we lose faith but you sincerely reassure us we are on the right track and boost our moral to work harder in achieving greater success for all our guests to benefit of memorable experiences while with us. 房间很干净。枕头、床垫和毛巾都很完美。早餐非常棒，有新鲜烹制的炒河粉，还有咖啡。房间可以看到海景，有郁郁葱葱的绿色植物。游泳池很漂亮，还有友好的工作人员。

我们在这里度过了7个美好的夜晚。酒店工作人员非常热情，外面有热闹的夜市和餐厅！这是一家成人酒店，对我们来说非常棒，可以在泳池边放松。唯一的缺点是游泳池周围的食物和饮料太贵了，与当地相比，游泳池周围的食物和饮料要贵许多，所以我们白天出去吃了午饭。

Dear 137craige, Thank you very much for your good score and glad you had a good relax time with us in our boutique style hotel by the beach. In regards of our food and beverage cost offering, very honestly we are, at time, only slightly up compared to a registered and properly license restaurants. It is honestly really difficult to compete with all the street restaurants or worst the hawker stalls which do not have the same expenses from taxes, licenses, etc.. whatever we provide has to follow certain norms of quality and provenances which also come with a cost regrettably. We always do our very best to maintain our prices affordable to all but yes we can't bit the hawker stalls or other street restaurants non fully license with different line of purchases which we can't match as we need to follow Malaysia regulations to keep our own licenses. We keep trying our very best to assure a fair pricing for all our guests. Thank you very much. Very sincerely, Francois

这是我第一次来槟城岛，也是第一次入住·这家酒店，但我决定明年再来，酒店设施很好，服务也很棒。总经理时刻都为客人帮忙，通过他们的服务水平，你可以看到员工非常热爱他们的工作，我等不及明年再来了，已经算着日子在等了。

I'm answering my own question for future guests. My bf and myself decided to try the back and shoulder message with oil and we really enjoyed it, I'd recommend!
Sorry non smoking by law is in the whole building and most public areas . we have 2 corner reserve for that effect. So sorry !
