Verified Reviews of Avenue of Stars

Grace_cyt:

Forget Hollywood, Hong Kong's Avenue of Stars is all kung fu giants and Cantopop stars! Take a harborside stroll past handprints and statues of local legends like Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, and Anita Mui. Learn a bit about Hong Kong cinema, snap some selfies with your childhood heroes, and soak in the stunning Victoria Harbour views. It's not as quiet as your living room (think tourist buzz!), but it's a fun, free way to spend an hour. So channel your inner movie star, lace up your shoes, and walk down memory lane (Hong Kong style!).
Surya Sreemanthula:

Snoopy Go Go Go:
Crowded every night with tourists waiting for the lighting show at 8pm. will be great if tourist can behave and not stand at the sitting areas to allow elderly people to watch as well.

Hong Kong | If you have an hour, come here to watch the sunset.
Tsim Sha Tsui's Avenue of Stars has also been renovated. Three years later, coming back for the first time, the sunset is really beautiful. The skyscrapers on the opposite bank are particularly dazzling as the lights come on. Boats shuttle back and forth on the busy waters of Victoria Harbour. Every minute, every second, every frame is like a painting. · K11 Muses, Bell Tower, and Tianxing Ferry are nearby. You can check in together~ The beautiful things in the world are all free, such as the sunset 🌇. •

Visiting Hong Kong for hiking is the most interesting thing!
When you come to Hong Kong, the one thing you absolutely cannot miss is hiking, hiking, and more hiking! Having seen Victoria Harbour, walked along the Avenue of Stars, and experienced the Star Ferry, after a round of beautiful shopping at Chongqing Mansion, Rainbow, Kennedy Town...what else can you do after checking in? That is constantly hiking! Hiking in Hong Kong is really convenient because almost all routes have direct public transportation, so there's no need to drive. And the routes are well-established, with good mobile signal, so there's no need to worry about getting lost or other issues. On your first trip to Hong Kong, the one thing you can't miss is Victoria Peak! You can walk from Victoria Peak to West Dangshan to watch the sunset, and the scenery along the way is very beautiful! A beginner-friendly route, Longji is very beautiful. You can hike to Dalang Bay and take a walk on the beach, watching the locals surf 🏄. Put on comfortable sports shoes, bring a water bottle, and go for a walk in the mountains!

    Dazzling Avenue of Stars
This is definitely one of the famous and popular tourist destinations in Hong Kong. It's a long stretch that runs along Victoria Harbour, giving you a wonderful view of the Hong Kong skyline across the harbor and of shopping malls, museums and hotels on the other. You'll also see metal handprints of famous Chinese stars here. At night, you can catch a glimpse of the amazing "Symphony of Lights" where the skyscrapers on Hong Kong Island simultaneously turn on their lights and make them dance to the sound of a music. There is also a statue of Bruce Lee, Anita Mui and McDull which is neat. It becomes a bit of a treasure hunt looking for the plaques. All of this is in addition to the beautiful view while strolling along the waterfront. Combine this with a trip on the star ferry and it is a great afternoon, particularly if the weather is nice If you’re curious to know who’s who, each plaque has a QR code so you can scan it for more information. Of the four bronze sculptures, the most famous is Bruce Lee – recognizable to everyone, surely. Standing on an elevated water feature, he strikes his classic martial arts pose. It fits in nicely with Bruce’s famous quote, “Be water my friend. Empty your mind. Be formless, shapeless, like water” Over all, being here left me dazzled. I really had fun.
