The space
Our charming 2-storey villa, covering a generous space, is surrounded by natural landscape featuring exotic trees and. At the heart of the villa, you'll discover a private swimming pool with a stunning view of the Andaman Sea, offering a serene spot for relaxation and sunbathing, complemented by a cozy cabana for your enjoyment.

The spacious living area includes a comfortable seating area, a dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need. The villa's highlight is the inviting swimming pool, perfect for relaxation and enjoyment. There is also an game room featuring a pool table and a projector for watching movies, providing even more fun.

You can create cherished memories with your loved ones by preparing meals in the fully-equipped kitchen and dining together or simply unwind in the spacious living area on plush sofas. The five bedrooms, each uniquely decorated, come fully furnished for your comfort, with king-size beds and private bathrooms.

Your stay will be worry-free, thanks to our accommodating butlers who are dedicated to ensuring your experience is exceptional. They provide daily cleaning services and serve you a delightful breakfast.

The villa is 100% yours. The pool is private. There is free parking, along with 24/7 security.

Other things to note
Apart from electricity, our price is all inclusive: in particular there is no extra Airbnb service fees to add to the rental price. Cleaning and light-speed WIFI are also included.

A refundable security deposit of 20,000THB or equivalent in other currency is requested at check-in.
We provide 2 full-time maids. A delightful breakfast is included in your stay.
Children are welcome. There is no extra charge for children, until 12 years old, sharing an existing bed. Extra beds are not available.

After you’ve completed your booking, we will open a group chat on your favourite app and send you all the information relevant to your arrival and stay in Phuket. You will be able to reach us for the duration of your vacation through the group chat or by phone from 9am to 6pm for any question you may have or anything you may need. We are always available, smiling and helpful.
Our driver can pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the villa (1200 THB) where we will be waiting for you for the check-in, at any time of the day or night.

Electricity is charged at 7 THB/unit (kWh). We will take a photo of the official meter during your check-in and another one at check-out. We kindly ask you to settle this bill before leaving. You can expect to pay about 170 THB per bedroom per day, for a normal usage, with aircon during the night. But if you leave the aircon running while you are not in the villa, you will most likely pay an additional 250 THB. While still a minimal cost, this policy is in place to avoid wastage and preserve our beautiful island!
