Booked Ritz for the staycation in HK and originally a bit worried about the coronavirus. The hotel has taken measures to measure temperature for each hotel guest when they take the lift to their room and all the hotel staff wearing masks. We feel safe there.
We were welcome by Tracy and her team and they upgraded our room to a suite as a titanium member and also a celebration of my daughter birthday. The suite decorated with balloons and handwritten birthday card which is one of the best we had encountered in our travel life. Added a birthday cake and also the night safari program my kid can play in the tent and with the baby duck which is perfectly a kid-friendly hotel.
The club lounge has been closed but the offering has not been stopped. The breakfast, light lunch, tea & dinner can be served in the 102F lounge restaurant and the quality is excellent! We enjoyed the dining time there and the view is amazing. They also provided as a courtesy room services of milk for our daughter to the room so that we can feed her at night and breakfast time.
The swimming pool is opened and we can see that chlorine is added to ensure safety. We have a fun time there as there are not many people.
We have an excellent time and appreciate the top-touch of services by Ritz and considering staying again in my wife's upcoming birthday!

I chose the Ritz Carlton in Hong Kong based on the locations during a short visit to HK in December. Due to the protests, I was advised by my local relatives that the Elements mall location is one of the safest because they have been little protest activities there.
The Ritz Carlton was beautiful and the service was the best I have received in any hotel, from check in to housekeeping. I was upgraded to a harbor view suite due to the slow economy, and it was truly amazing. The room was huge, and the bathroom had a bathtub with a tv there. This was by far the quietest hotel I have ever stayed at as I couldn't hear anything from my room. The soundproofing was amazing. This was truly one of the best hotels I have stayed at, it tied with my experience in the Maldives.
There were a few minor downsides. The restaurant options were quite limited unless you walked down to the mall, but there was little local food that was walkable to. I was also disappointed that you could not check out from your room either online or through the tv. So, I had to add extra time to go back down to the lobby to check out. Also, my spa experience was mediocre, but the spa manager promptly reached out to me afterwards. The other downside is other than taking taxis there were really no convenient way to reach local transportation.
Nonetheless, I would not hesitate to return to stay here. It is truly one of the best hotels in the world!

We stayed for 3 nights, awesome views, superb service. It’s the small details that make the difference indeed. Breakfast staff were very friendly, esp Becky who went out of her way to make sure my 6-yr old son was taken cared of. All of them are friendly and polite. We had room service dinner, they had a tray where they made sure the food stays warm; they gave us lemon slices so we can enjoy our g&t better. Hotel views and room amenities were awesome but the excellent service exceeded my expectations.

The hotel is a luxury one, with exceptional views. Be prepared: deposit amount is 2000 HKD per night. We moved here after staying in Intercontinental hotel, so were a bit disappointed with service and prices: service level was worse here, but the prices were higher. Nobody accompanied us to the room to show everything. We came to the lounge to have an afternoon tea and were told that it was sold out, we weren’t offered any alternative options and just felt that restaurant staff didn’t want to serve us. But when we asked if we could order some tea and dessert, we got a positive answer - so it was an alternative option to offer. Hotel staff forgot about our Anniversary (5 years of marriage) although I booked directly with hotel manager and specified our anniversary would be celebrated here. We stayed in Grand Victoria Harbour, a corner room on 115 floor with breathtaking views. Room and especially bathroom looked like in a palace. So that was the only great thing about this hotel as well as a concierge service: it was perfect and very helpful, they booked us tickets for Macau show. Location is not comfortable for walking, it’s hard to get out of this area on foot, so you’ll need to take a taxi. WIFI speed: download is 6,27 mb/s and upload is 8,67 mb/s I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

Spent a night at the Ritz-Carlton for my birthday celebration. Grateful for the hotel team’s preparation and a heartwarming card full of birthday wishes💕 with a mini rainbow 🌈 cake 🍰 I can say the view is the best among all my stays in HK! And my favourite is definitely their swimming pool, you can take as much photo as you like! Staff are friendly and helpful! Don’t forget to try their Nutella croissant at their lounge & bar with the stunning harbour view 🕶. During the 🦠 period, wearing mask is inconvenient, especially when you have to take on and off during meal period. The F&B team has prepared a mask folder for guests to take care of their mask, these small gesture are the parts that I’m thankful of. Thank you Ritz-Carlton, I will be back soon.

Club lounge room has an amazing view, room is very spacious with everything you possibly need. check in was smooth. We had dinner at Tosca, food was delicious and very presentable and we have been served by a lovely gentlemen Andy who explained patiently to us about all the wines and food. swimming pool is worth going too with a nice view. Overall, all the staff we have encountered on this occasion have been professional and very helpful, definitely a 5 stars hotel, money well spent.

My family were visiting Ritz Carlton Hong Kong for the celebration of the Mother’s Day, and all of us have an amazing hotel experience. From the views and beautiful rooms and all the programs, Charles Cheng the manger really did an incredible job, in helping us with anything we needed, he was on top of everything who is the most professional manger we ever meet, and also the team staff Nicole and Maggie! We will definitely be back soon:)
We are also lucky to be the first guest to join their hotelier program. This program is highly recommended as the kids can learn many from the cooking class, manner class and even how to make up the room! The culinary experts including Peter Find the executive chief and Hugo teach them to cook spaghetti with secret ingredients and yummy cupcakes, that my sons are so excited to cook at home again. Brian and Charles taught them how to clean up the room that they tried to make up their own beds when they at home. Darry and Cyrus gave them an excellent table manner class that they are really lucky to have the chance to learn from the most experienced speaker in the banquet industry. This is really the best lesson in hospitality and will definitely introduce friends to join!

What was the highest Hotel in world, with incredible views over Victoria Harbour. The price matches the height but you get all of the Ritz Carlton luxury in very well appointed rooms, with unbeatable views. Perfect for a short stay, the location isn't the best in Hong Kong being on top of a fairly isolated Shopping Mall in Kowloon and opposite the still under construction West Kowloon Cultural District, but transport links are good. The food offerings are excellent, the pool is stunning, and everywhere has the view - unless there are low clouds/visibility when there is literally nothing to see. We had one clear day and only cloudy day, and the experiences are totally different. I'd recommend for the experience but not for a lengthy stay. Of course if you just want the view without a stay there is the Sky100 a few floors below, or the Ozone Bar

We had 2 staycations at Ritz Carlton Hong Kong in 2020 (in April & November), and just booked another one in December as every single stay was truly enjoyable and memorable!
We had a truly wonderful experience from the first minute of arrival until the check-out time. The club lounge team looked after us exceptionally well by exceeding all expectations (best table reservation, level of service, attention to detail, etc). Special thank you to Grace & Sue who were our ‘Guardian Angels’ as well as Igor, Cedric, Bailey, Nicholas and Charles who were always around and ensured that we had an incredible stay.
We also would like to thank your housekeeping, bell boy, reception/lobby, room service team and team at the swimming pool & fitness centre who were very professional, friendly and efficient.
The birthday dinner at Tosca was absolutely extraordinary: the level of service, quality and variety of food, wine pairing options, presentation were simply above and beyond all - what a treat! Thank you to Maxime, Angelo and all the ladies and gentlemen at the restaurant who made our evening so enjoyable!
The executive club lounge access has got several food presentations throughout the day as well as free flow Moet champagne and other beverage options so highly recommend to book a room with club lounge access as it’s actually a very good value.

Hong Kong - Live it! Love it! For years we spent the summer holiday overseas but this year we had an amazing Staycation in Hong Kong. We chose Ritz Carlton - the highest hotel in the WORLD to celebrate our son's birthday. It was just brilliant beyond words!
We went to the club lounge and was greeted warmly by Bailey who gave us top class service (even though we were not patrons of the lounge). He politely informed us the club lounge package but merely for our information only- he didn't push us a little bit. It didn't take much convincing for the 3 of us to take the package AND it was the best value for money. It gives us access to the lounge and their excellent spread of food and beverage around the clock (and less crowded too). Did I mention the free flowing mo? What an amazing deal!
The view to the Victoria Harbour was stunning but seeing it from the vantage of Ritz Carlton is like once in a life time experience!
Another vantage of Ritz Carlton is the outstanding brillance of customer service. Bailey gave us topclass attention without us ever asking. We really felt like vvips! Hannah and Nura were also amazing in looking after us as well.
Bravo to Ritz Carlton Hong Kong! In the times of the new normal your team is really working so hard to set a high benchmark on how to win your customers' hearts. At so many food outlets we saw all ranks of staff busy ushering, setting and cleaning tables. This is the worldclass team work of the winning CS team!
Thank you Bailey for looking after us 200%, you have inspired us to fully indulge in Staycation and presented us what exceptional customer service at best hotels look like. We look forward to returning to RC!
