First cruise with Princess, we loved it. Food was excellent, ship was very clean, inside cabin great size exceeded expectations! Excursions in Puerto Rico and St Thomas were fantastic, private island princes cay was ok.

We booked a 30 day cruise over a year ago and we have had the same area of the ship for at least 6 previous cruises but when we booked this 30 day cruise they WOULD NOT give us a room in an area we have had for years 😢 And they are moving us after 20 days to a worse room than we had for first 20. We are an Elite with 18 cruises and they totally blew us off with a request to at least be in the BC area for our last 10 days. Very very sad and guest services were so mean. And entertainment has been very weak. We have talked to people who are either new to Princess or only cruised a few times and they were all offered room in our favorite area. Princess is proving again that being a loyal Princess for years means NOTHING anymore.

This was our first cruise with Princess as we wanted to sail the Caribbean for at least 20 days. A Google search brought us to Princess Enchanted Caribbean cruise. After speaking to Melanie Walsh, Cruise Vacation Planner, she found us the best cabin, E405, midship, classified as DW a Deluxe Balcony Stateroom (Obstructed View). We had a perfect view, but on either side of our balcony were the lifeboats which didn't obstruct our view at all. We would book this one again. The ship is just lovely! Elegant, comfortable and easy to maneuver with ample signage and touch screen maps of each floor. Bear in mind, you are among 3,660 other guests and 1,346 crew. Just think about that. Of course, there are elevator delays and crowded areas during busy times. Remember, you are living in this "sea town" with many people from all walks of life some with mobility challenges who want a drink, seat or attention just as much as you do! RELAX! Why complain about mundane things like lukewarm food and having to wait for service. Most of the time, the food was just scrumptious and the service friendly and fast. The staff works very hard and have my heartfelt thanks for the sacrifices they make being away from family for months at a time. A huge shout out to our cabin attendant, Noel. A very fun, friendly and helpful Filipino. We loved the itinerary, taking us to the islands we wanted to visit. Shore excursions are fun and educational. We booked Island driving tours as we wanted to experience the islands and the people not just lay on a beach (we are in our late 60"s). There was a downside at some of the islands where there could be up to 4 other cruise ships, making it a daunting experience in town. We are looking at another long cruise next year!

We are on the Enchanted Princess right now. Help, let us out of this ship. We are very disappointed in our first cruise and will never come back and will tell others the same. Way too many people and very bad service. They are out of a lot of beverage and food items on the first day of our trip. Very long lines to get anywhere or even just get a beverage. Food very sub-par and any of the main dining restaurants are impossible to get into unless you reserve a time months in advance. Don't pay for any upgrades as you will most likely be eating like warm food from the buffet. They charge for most room service items even with upgrading to the Premium Package. Only thing good so far has been calm seas. Once again, service sucks. The only lines longer are at Disneyland. Also their now app onboard is a nightmare but they would like you to use it for everything. There are so many people onboard that are not having a good time. You have been warned!

Spent 10 days on Enchanted over Christmas 2023. This is one of the busiest travel weeks of the year and it was sold out with a bit over 100% capacity since several cabins had a 3rd or 4th in them (kids). Having said that, the ship never felt overly crowded. This is a newer ship with all the amenities. Balcony cabin on Deck 8, forward. Never felt the ship sway, which was nice considering the cabin was at the very front of the ship. The food options were outstanding. The buffet had great, hot selections and there was always available seating. The main dining rooms were nice, but a little slow in service. The standout was the International Cafe, open 24 hours a day. The small portions were great morning, mid-day and late night. It was also nice having comfort foods at the pool (pizza, hot dogs, burgers). I'm a fan of thermal spas and got a 10-day pass. The Enclave is nice, especially the heated loungers and the bubble hot tub. But it would have been nice if a salt room and cold room were included. The regular balcony cabin was nice and the selection of entertainment on the TV was also welcome. The casino is large with everything you'd expect. I liked the jazz bar but didn't like that it was located in a major walkway. People coming and going through the space distracted from the performances. This is a great ship with a great crew. I hope I can sail it again!
