The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a 17 storey building. Elevator access is provided. Balcony windows make sure the suite is bright and well-ventilated. The suite is located in the quiet area, with supermarkets, Major Banks, grocery stores, Muzha Market, 7-11s, local restaurants and fastfood like McDonalds, Pizza hut, KFC and Dominoes all within 10-15 mins walking distance. Jingmei NIght Market is about 15 mins by bus, Carrefour and Shopping Mall is approximately 15-20 mins by bus The Community shuttle bus can take you to closest MRT station- WangFang Hospital station in just 10mins. Short-term lease of at least 1 year is acceptable. The monthly rent is $11500 NT, depending on the length of the lease. Two months rent in advance is required as a security deposit. Community maintenance and management fees are included in the monthly rent. Payment of Water, electricity and gas bills are seperate and depend on your usage.
