Stunning from the outside with so many displays on the inside, this is a great place to visit with a lot of history on display. Information is readily available in English and I saw a few groups with guides. We spent around one hour and that was enough time for me.

my visit to the yellow rive and to the two emperors was in December 2023, so i suggest that the journey needs alot of times since its far from the centre of the city so of you suggest to go there try to go early and you can find tourist cars can take you to see this beautiful scene.

I love this place. This is my favorite place in Zhengzhou to take a date.

Now, if you are going to ACTUALLY enjoy an amusement park, look elsewhere. But if you want to meander through a pretty place where you are pretty much alone, with great scenery, and a few things to do to break the ice... this is a great spot.

This temple appears to be off the tourist beaten track. It’s known as Zhengzhou Confucian Temple. It’s very quiet and a good way to spend an hour to walk around at your leisure

We visited this museum before catching the bullet train to Suzhou. It had quite a spectacular entrance and inside, a similarly spectacular central atrium around which a spiraling staircase took you to the top or 3rd floor. The glass roof at the top of the atrium was rather awesome too.

Each floor housed different artifacts. There was very little educational signage in English so our tour guide translated some of the more notable exhibits for us. The history of many of the artifacts depicted at least 5000 years of Chinese history. Items included bronze, pottery or porcelain. Amazing.

As was an amazing circular cloud formation in the blue sky when we exited by lunchtime!

It's gone!! It's definitely the same place, we didn't go to a wrong place because we clearly saw the rubble remains of the fence with the street lamps painted on in the picture with Jarom feeding an ostrich from his mouth 😂😂😭
That being said, we still went in through a hotel in the wall and had a blast exploring around and riding the broken down attractions

On April 18 2019, my wife & I visited the Yellow River & The sculpture of Emperors Yan and Huang which is a monument in China that was
carved from a mountain on the Yellow River.
The monument was impressive & can be seen from miles away.

I went to zhengzhou as a 12 year old boy from New Zealand wanting to check out the cool and diverse fish in this aquarium. We asked for directions at (one of) the multiple Mcdonald's in the area, the couple that we asked had obviously been to the aquarium before because they downright told us not to go and gave us directions to a different place. In the end we took a motorbike taxi to the aquarium. The line to enter the aquarium was pretty long but moved surprisingly quickly. Entering the aquarium i noticed multiple things such as the smell of urine, the source of the smell; a suspicious puddle on the floor and the crowd.
The crowd was thick and the tanks were not covered so anybody could put their hand in. Most of the fish had plenty of room to move. In the first corridor they had many kinds of fish. There was a fish bottle feeding place and the children could buy a milk bottle and feed the small fish. As we went upstairs we saw a stage surrounded by people and we found out that it was the sealion show but the crowd blocked just about all vision, the same could be said for the mermaid show.
The best part in my opinion was the Tunnel, it was a long glass tube with heaps of cool sea life swimming above it eg; Sand sharks, sting-rays, manta-rays, more rays and other cool fish I could not identify. They also had penguins, walruses and seals and turtles you could feed.
All in all Ii liked going but ZhengZhou itself is not that beautiful.

The Statue of Huanghe Mother paints a poignant picture of a mother who scarified so much for her child. Worth the trip!

The iconic buildings in Zhengzhou's business district look stunning when viewed against their reflections in the lake beside them, after sundown. That itself is a tourist attraction
