花旗台灣銀行重要通知

花旗(台灣)商業銀行股份有限公司（下稱「花旗台灣」）與星展(台灣)商業銀行股份有限公司（下稱「星展台灣」）之業務移轉已於111年1月完成協議，於112年8 月12日（星期六）凌晨零點（下稱「分割基準日」）起生效。自分割基準日起，花旗台灣消費金融業務移轉予星展台灣，由星展台灣承受所有相關之權利義務(包含但不限於原花旗台灣分行業務與信用卡業務)。

您於花旗台灣網路銀行、行動生活家所設定之使用者代號及密碼，即刻起失效。若您欲繼續使用網路銀行/行動銀行服務，請您於8月14日上午9點00分後，透過APP store / Google Play下載星展數位服務APP並重新註冊。

• 銀行存款客戶- 請下載 星展行動銀行digibank APP 後，點選 登入/註冊
• 信用卡客戶- 請下載 星展Card+ 信用卡數位服務APP 後，點選 登入/註冊

若您同時為銀行存款與信用卡客戶，只需要註冊一次並設定一組使用者帳號/密碼，即可無縫體驗星展digibank與Card+。
若您已是星展digibank及Card+之用戶，請依原星展digibank及Card+之使用者代號及密碼登入。

您的花旗台灣晶片金融卡自即刻起無法再繼續使用。請您務必於8月14日上午9點00分起三個月內儘速啟用星展台灣換發之晶片金融卡，並以換發後之晶片金融卡進行交易；您可以透過星展行動銀行digibank APP進行開卡，若您尚未收到星展台灣換發之晶片金融卡，請您親臨 星展台灣各分行 申請晶片金融卡換發。

您持有之花旗台灣發行的信用卡，仍可繼續正常使用。星展台灣將於一年內陸續為您更換為星展台灣信用卡，並將於更換前60天以專函通知您。

若您持有之花旗台灣信用卡尚未開卡，請於8月14日上午9點00分後使用星展Card+信用卡數位服務進行開卡。若您要繳納信用卡款項，於8月14日上午9點00分後仍可透過便利商店、自動提款機(星展銀行代號810)、臨櫃、匯款、自動轉帳等方式，亦可使用星展Card+信用卡數位服務或星展i客服繳納。

Announcement

In January 2022, Citibank Taiwan Limited ("Citi Taiwan") and DBS Bank (Taiwan) Ltd. ("DBS Taiwan") reached agreement on the acquisition of Citi’s consumer banking franchise in Taiwan. The transaction was completed on August 12, 2023 (Saturday) at 12 a.m. ("Effective Date").

At this time, your user ID and log-in password for Citibank Online Banking and the Citi Mobile app have expired. To access DBS’ banking platforms:

• Banking customers can download the DBS Digibank app from the App store or Google Play store and register their details after 9am on August 14, 2023
• Credit Card customers can download the DBS Card+ app from the App store or Google Play store and register their details after 9am on August 14, 2023
• If you are both a Banking and Credit Card customer, you will only need to register your details once to be able to login and access both DBS Digibank and DBS Card+
• If you have previously registered for either of the DBS apps listed above, please login using your original ID and password.

Please note that as of the Effective Date, you will not be able to use your Citibank Taiwan ATM card. You are advised to activate the replacement ATM card issued by DBS Taiwan. The card can be activated via the DBS Digibank app from 9am on August 14, 2023. If you have not received the replacement card from DBS Taiwan, please visit any DBS Taiwan branch to apply for a replacement card.

If you have a credit card issued by Citibank Taiwan, you can continue to use your existing card until a replacement credit card is sent to you by DBS Taiwan. A notification letter will be sent to you 60 days prior to the replacement.

If you have a Citibank credit card that needs to be activated, you can do so via the DBS Card+ app after 9am on August 14, 2023. From this date and time, credit card payments on Citibank Taiwan cards can be made at branches and convenience stores, and ATMs (DBS Bank Code: 810) or through funds transfer, autopay, DBS Card+ app, and the DBS iChatbot.
