The service provided was great and since the pick up and drop service was available it was easy. Our guide provided us excellent and great insights on the wildlife we find at the park. A big shout out to Captain B.

At the safari park we greeted with a drink and beautiful lunch .

Our driver was prompt and courteous, and our guide was knowledgeable and fun. The lunch buffet was a bit chaotic, but otherwise perfectly satisfactory. That being said, it is a safari mill. They have it down to a science. That is fine, if you have not experienced a more comprehensive safari elsewhere in Africa. You will see animals, and you'll enjoy yourself. Our newbie guests loved it. If you only have one day to experience a safari, go for it. You will be satisfied. - Enrique LGurgaon5 contributions- It was very well organized and even provided a weathercoat/raincoat which was very welcomed.
- Fairly crowded on the boat. It wasn´t horrible but it was sometimes uncomfortable when suddenly a bunch of individuals crowded over to watch. That said, the crew did their best to distribute us.
- We spent a third of the time chasing a bryde whale and once we managed to get a good view of it, we continue chasing it for a bit longer. On the one hand, not sure the whale would be very happy being chased non-stop. On the other hand, I reckon once we had the clear view we could´ve continued the trip trying to find new sea creatures.

After having had a bad experience with CTK Tours, it was refreshing to be in the hands f such an honest and professional company. Our driver Sunny was on time, friendly, warm, and knowledgeable. While there, we had fantastic breakfast and lunch buffets and saw 4 out of the big 5 animals (and many more animals) on our resrve safari. We entered the park through the Phabeni gate and it wasn't long before sporting the elephants thereafter the buffalos. The whole tour was informative as our tour guide was proving all the information about the different animals that we came across. We were able to spot 4 of the big 5.

All the transports are well organised and safe. All the people from VIVA Safari are very friendly and try their best, to give you the best experiance. The food was great and the tented lodge at Katekani was awesome - a lot of space, refreshing privat pool and even a AC, if needed.
At all the stops during Krueger Park or the transfers you are able to pay with credit cards, only at the lodge you will need cash for drinks.
Yes, the programm is packed full, but this is the best chance to see a lot of the animals. But you can skip parts of programm if wished. The bush walk was short and very interessting and easy to do.
The first night in Tremisana lodge is outside of Kruger National Park, there for you can do game-drives on sunset and sunrise, you will have the chance to see lots of animals.
We loved the experiance and our first safari and highly recommend VIVA Safari. There are other plans and camps you can book - for us the 5 days tour and to stay at Katekani was perfect.
Side node to malaria:
During this time (end of summer - more rain) malaria risk is higher. We spoke with the employees, the don't face problems.
