D7 - Instead of staying o/n in Nara, better drop by Nara for the day and stay in Osaka for 2n.

D9 - another option is to take the most frequent and fastest Nozomi Shinkansen train to Tokyo direct in less than 3 hours.

Kyoto/Nara/Osaka are nearby and served by frequent commuter trains in less than 1 hour.

OR consider staying in Tokyo for 2n upon arrival and on D10 fly from Osaka/ITM to connect your departure flight from Tokyo. This saves the hassles of o/n in Tokyo in your original plan.

great, thank you!

Do you think better to go by train to Hiroshima and reduce 1 day in Kyoto or not really worth it in such a hurry?

If you decide to visit Hiroshima = https://www.westjr.co.jp/global/en/ticket/pass/kansai_hiroshima/ = should be considered.

I usually recommend 4 days in Tokyo and 5 days in Kyoto incl a day trip to Nara for 1st-timers. While Hiroshima is doable via a day trip from Kyoto/Osaka, it'd be more akin to scratching the surface in 8 days.

If you really want to go to Hiroshima, scratch Osaka from your itinerary, go to Hiroshima from Kyoto, and fly back to Tokyo from Hiroshima. Nara should be a day trip from Kyoto.

If I were you, I would save Mt. Fuji for the next trip. Remember that you may not see Fuji if the weather is not optimal so an overnight stay is a gamble. You can hope for a good Mt. Fuji view from the Shinkansen.
