• 本行所有台灣企業機構客戶帳號及使用權益均不受任何影響。
• 請以本行營業部代碼 021-0018 辦理所有匯入 貴公司花旗帳戶之台幣匯款，並以SWIFT CODE: CITITWTX辦理所有外幣匯款，以確保款項順利入賬。

此外，以下為對花旗（台灣）銀行對前消費金融客戶的重要提醒，敬請注意。

• 您於花旗台灣網路銀行、行動生活家所設定之使用者代號及密碼，即刻起失效。
• 銀行存款客戶- 請透過APP store / Google Play下載 星展行動銀行digibank APP後，點選 登入/註冊
• 信用卡客戶- 請透過APP store / Google Play下載 星展Card+ 信用卡數位服務APP信用卡數位服務APP 後，點選 登入/註冊
• 若您同時為銀行存款與信用卡客戶，只需要註冊一次並設定一組使用者帳號/密碼，即可無縫體驗星展行動銀行digibank與星展Card+信用卡數位服務。
• 若您已是星展digibank及Card+之用戶，請依原星展digibank及Card+之使用者代號及密碼登入。

您的花旗台灣晶片金融卡自即刻起無法再繼續使用。請您務必於8月14日上午9點00分起三個月內儘速啟用星展台灣換發之晶片金融卡，並以換發後之晶片金融卡進行交易；您可以透過星展行動銀行digibank APP進行開卡，若您尚未收到星展台灣換發之晶片金融卡，請您親臨 星展台灣各分行 申請晶片金融卡換發。
您持有之花旗台灣發行的信用卡，仍可繼續正常使用。星展台灣將於一年內陸續為您更換為星展台灣信用卡，並將於更換前60天以專函通知您。
若您持有之花旗台灣信用卡尚未開卡，請於8月14日上午9點00分後使用星展Card+信用卡數位服務進行開卡。若您要繳納信用卡款項，於8月14日上午9點00分後仍可透過便利商店、自動提款機(星展銀行代號810)、臨櫃、匯款、自動轉帳等方式，亦可使用星展Card+信用卡數位服務或星展i客服繳納。

Dear customers,

Citi remains committed to Taiwan and focused on corporate and institutional business, providing the global network and services of Citigroup to our 800 multinational clients, around 1600 small and medium-sized corporate clients, and 100 local corporate clients. For more information on our Citi Taiwan, please click here. Please note that your corporate banking services are not impacted by the recent transfer of Consumer Banking Business to DBS Taiwan. You may also take note of the below to facilitate your ongoing banking transactions:

• Citi Taiwan Business Department Code remains to be 021-0018 (021 as the bank code, and 0018 as the branch code)
• The account number and related rights of all Citi corporate and institutional clients in Taiwan remain unchanged.
• Please use 021-0018 for all TWD incoming transactions, and SWIFT CODE: CITITWTX for all FCY incoming tractions, to ensure the timely processing and credit to your account.

For any questions related to your corporate banking accounts and transactions, please contact your business manager or relationship manager.
Separately, and relevant to the former consumer banking clients of Citi Taiwan, please be reminded of the following updates:

• Your user ID and log-in password for Citibank Online Banking and the Citi Mobile app have expired.
• Banking customers can download the DBS Digibank app from the App store or Google Play store and register their details.
• Credit Card customers can download the DBS Card+ app from the App store or Google Play store and register their details.
• If you are both a Banking and Credit Card customer, you will only need to register your details once to be able to login and access both DBS Digibank and the DBS Card+ app.
• If you have previously registered for either of the DBS apps listed above, please login using your original ID and password.

Your Citibank ATM card has also been deactivated. You are advised to activate the replacement ATM card issued by DBS Taiwan. The card can be activated via the DBS Digibank app. If you have not received the replacement card from DBS Taiwan, please visit any DBS Taiwan branch to apply for a replacement card.
If you have a credit card issued by Citibank Taiwan, you can continue to use your existing card until a replacement credit card is sent to you by DBS Taiwan. A notification letter will be sent to you 60 days prior to the replacement.
If you have a Citibank credit card that needs to be activated, you can do so via the DBS Card+ app. Credit card payments on Citi Taiwan cards can be made at branches and convenience stores, and ATMs (DBS Bank Code: 810) or through funds transfer, autopay, DBS Card+ app, and the DBS iChatbot.
