Great direct flights choices, better than the Europe 'budget' flights of main carriers

Have flown with Pegasus 4 or 5 times now, Great advantage is direct flights to different places in Turkey. When travelling for business not package holiday is a big advantage. Transiting through Istanbul is never fun. No worse than flying in Europe than with BA/Air France/Lufthansa etc... Its also cheaper and you get a free sandwich. Very strict on hand baggage, dont sneak through by checking in online as they charge you at the gate. They also have free entertainment by scanning the code on the seat with your IPAD or phone. Never had any delays…

Unacceptable Delays and Service from Pegasus Airlines During a Medical Crisis

My experience with Pegasus Airlines during a critical time has been deeply frustrating. After suffering an ACL rupture and a fracture, I had to cancel my flights and deal with related insurance matters. The response from Pegasus was far below expectations. Specific Applications: I submitted two crucial applications: one for a refund under medical grounds due to my ACL rupture and fracture (No. 10215628) and another for a no-show certificate to process an insurance claim if the refund was denied (No. 10381738). Both requests have faced unacceptable delays. Extended Communication Delays: It's been over three weeks without a clear resolution from Pegasus. The lack of timely updates has left me in a state of limbo regarding both my refund and the necessary documentation for insurance claims. Inadequate Customer Support: Despite making more than 5-6 calls to customer support, each interaction required me to explain my situation from scratch, after which they would simply email the refund handling team for a response. Unfortunately, there has been no follow-up or resolution provided, making the service experience even worse. Risk to Insurance Claim: The delay in processing my requests has jeopardized my ability to file a timely claim with my travel insurance, adding financial stress to my already challenging medical situation. I strongly advise all potential passengers to reconsider choosing Pegasus Airlines for their travel needs. In my experience, they have left me in a complete and utter dark hole when I needed support the most. Do not use this airline

Do not fly with this airline, the airplane is small and this is a budget airline. The airline cancelled my flight and did not give me an alternative flight or details. The phone lines were switched off. My original flight cost £340, I had to pay £1500 for a return flight with another airline because this peasgus airline cancelled my flight with no alternative. They also damaged my luggage…

Oar staff with no proper understanding of english

Worst ever staff .. Illiterate and uneducated. Cant see the tickets and guide the customers.. missed flight due to their misguidance despite being at airport for a domestic flight 70 minutes prior they had to offload passengers coz of flight being full.. Rude supervisor and side staff not very educated and cannot understand english properly..…

Pegasus airlines is worse than Spirit Airlines.

Recently, I had the displeasure of flying with Pegasus Airlines, and it was one of the worst airline experiences I have ever had. I have flown with Spirit Airlines before, but Pegasus Airlines was even worse. Unbelievably, an airline can fly passengers for hours without providing basic amenities like food and water. I flew from Kuwait to Istanbul, and food and beverages were never offered during the flight. Instead, everything was for sale at an exorbitant price. My second leg of the journey was from Istanbul to Manchester, a 5-hour flight, and yet again, food was not offered. I paid $600 for my ticket and received no value for my money. To make matters worse, the staff were insulting. If you want to travel in this region, I recommend avoiding Pegasus Airlines. Unfortunately, I have to fly back using the same airline, but I promise I will never fly with them again.…
