Nice view horrible experience wanted 1500rmb ordering some cheap prosseco for table near window as ambassador member of marriott i think thid is unacceptable and un reasonable request

Tasty cocktails with a stunning view

Good cocktail card - you’ll definitely find something interesting for you. Every cocktail costs ¥158. If you don’t want to drink cocktails, there are a lot of other alcoholic drinks or non-alcoholic options. There is a food menu as well. Menu consists of different appetizers/salads and main dishes - you can also satisfy your hunger:) so, a little bit pricey, but it worth it. View is really awesome - you can see Shanghai center completely! There are tables inside and excellent terrace outside.

Went for a drink, good option, price is not too bad for cocktails and so, if you consider what you are getting. The best tables, though, require you to book a package which was way too pricy for us.

Fantastic restaurant with top view

I really liked this restaurant when I was there. The food is outstanding and the service is just wow. Of course you should have a reservation in advance. We had a very good time dining here, I recommend to try some cocktails.

Admittance team with 0 custom care

I’ve been there on august 23rd and presented to the admittance. I didn’t have a booking as it was last moment decision. Fully booked they said and that I need to wait at least half an hour or so but in the meanwhile there were many people leaving the venue…. I made the ladies note that there were people leaving and no one there waiting to get in so I didn’t understand why I needed to wait to get seated or even to have a small corner at the counter but they said ‘it’s a ten people table and you are only one’. So I asked if they are going to wait for the next 10 ppl group to give out the table while I still have to wait to get in. They remained speechless so I decided to leave. Use to go there very often but now I’m not gonna go there anymore. Customer care is not part of their policies apparently, not even for those who use to be frequent customers. Pity.

Best Restaurant in Shanghai

Best Restaurant in Shanghai! I said this in my review for Jin Xuan, but anything associated with the Ritz-Carlton is always exceptional. This restaurant in particular has the best view in all of Shanghai. The signature cocktail I ordered was delicious, and paired well with my shrimp appetizer. The main course was one of the best streaks I have ever had! When I travel to back to Shanghai, I will eat here again. Make sure to get a reservation far in advance!

Second visit at ritz Carlton

After having a pleasant small chat with Sydney at the lobby, she suggested some good spots for food around the hotel and led us to Flair rooftop bar. This is my second time visiting flair, extraordinary as always. Rosy and Yang at the front desk provided wonderful services as they greeted us warmly and led us to our seat. The waiters Eagle, Eddie and Fairy presented us with outstanding services and even had a small chat with us. However, there seems to be a lack of staff as the service is a bit slow. Lastly the amazing bartenders Byron and Meico made us some personalized cocktails after having a conversation with us and knowing our preferences. The cocktails are out of this world, it’s definitely the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The bartenders have amazing talents and I will definitely visit again just for the service and the drinks.

Flair is still as good as ever，The drinks are pretty good，The service is very considerate. I'm a cocktail lover，so I sat down at the bar counter and I met a bartender who made a deep impression on me. His name is Vincent. I felt so comfortable in our communication. Also the cocktail that he made taste so well. Shanghai gives me lots of memories，I love Shanghai also I love Flair. Vincent's cocktail gives me a fresh look if it's bitter but it's sweet

Best venue and service to catch up with friends

We had our five-star hospitality service from Ivan, Bailun and Nancy. I haven’t been back in Shanghai for 5 years and Flair is always the top place to catch up with friends. It owns the best view of the bund and Lujiazui. THIS IS SHANGHAI. Ritz Carlton remained its hospitality quality because of Ivan, Bailun and Nancy! All of the team members are very attentive and well trained. They listened, understood and reacted to our personal need. This service is definitely so called “five star” and Ritz service. We will definitely come back frequently for the view and these considerate service! Well done Ritz!
