Verbal Attack by a colleague of the Easy jet Milano Malpensa (Terminal 2)Ground Staff FLIGHT/EJU3653 ROUTE: MXP-ATH DATE&TIME OF DEPARTURE 06/5/24 time 14:30 Today as I was traveling for business reasons (as I travel very often on the MXP-ATH leg and I always choose Easy Jet because I am absolutely and always satisfied, at the gate and during the boarding process I suddenly faced a verbal attack in the queue proceeding to the gate from a ground staff young brunette lady , Italian speaker & Greek speaker. I would like to emphasize that I am fully aware that my suitcase was bigger this time, and I had no problem and any confrontation with the lady of the ground staff to pay any extra consideration, and I always respect all policies of all companies. Collegue suddenly came at me, arrogantly, started a monologue shouting at me when she saw my luggage, shaming me ironically and degradingly and speaking in high tones without a trace of discretion, I can say even screaming in front of everyone. It was my first time in so many years that I encountered such highly unprofessional behavior. There was no dialogue, the lady gave a monologue and I nodded affirmatively as there was no problem on my part to pay the extra price for my suitcase (priority boarding). The information conveyed to me by the colleague and her level is not appropriate for the company and was conveyed incorrectly and unprofessionally. It is a shame for such a good low cost company to have such unprofessional people as a showcase of its company because it was extremely unprofessional the behavior, the experience of each passenger which is a basic criterion to select the airline that will choose to travel, it starts (it journey)from the ground staff up to the crew that is on the flight, and today this unprofessional behavior and the irritation of the lady, the irony and the disparagement led me to reflect on whether I will choose to travel with East Jet again, as I entered on the plane upset and with high pulses.…
