美國國際集團（英文：American International Group，AIG；紐交所：AIG）係一間美國跨國保險同金融服務集團，總部嚮紐約市美國國際大廈。歐洲大陸總部嚮巴黎 La Défense、而亞洲總部嚮香港中環。根據2008年度《福布斯》（Forbes）雜誌全球2000大跨國企業名單，AIG 係第18大。因為金融海嘯，美國國際集團得到美國奧巴馬政府打救[1] [2][3][4]。
