United Airline Sucks
United Airline gifted me a terrible terrible experience. My flight got delayed 3hours and then it got delayed 2hours again. I had to rebook the whole flights because my final destination was outside of US and the following flight failed to meet the schedule. I was able to rebook flight in the Newark Airport because that was the earliest one to depart tomorrow. Tragically, the flight got delayed AGAIN from 6am to 6pm. As a person who experienced this amount of delay for the first time, I reported for the complaint and one of the agent gave me accessibility for the United Air Club. However, when I tried to enter the club, they said I don’t have an access. I explained my situation, but they said passenger can never get compensated with club accessibility with the delay problem. The long delay time and misinformation of the agent truly disappointed me. I strongly recommend not using this airline if you want to arrive in your destination on time…

Terrible! Never flying United again!
This was the worst longest day ever. My flight was at 2pm and my first 30min delay message was at 11am, I arrive at the airport at 12 because it was only delayed 30mins! I didn’t leave Santa Barbara until 9pm! They didn’t have any other flights or accommodations at all, I tried calling because I was going to miss my lay over in SF and they put me on a flight out of SF that I ended up also missing. I didn’t end up getting to Seattle til 1:45am when I was suppose to be here at 6:40pm. Also why do they only have charging stations for HALF the plane? Figure it out United! Cheap airline!…

The worst food and cold attitude flight attendants.
My boyfriend and I are customers with United Airlines for over 20 years. With my experience United Airlines has the worst food. For example, chicken with rice . Rice didn’t cook well and the chicken tasted like cardboard and very salty . The fruit salad smell like was sitting outside for 2 days. Bread tasted like cardboard as well.Only decent to eat was green salad. The flight attendant attitude was not nice. Very cold attitude! It was very unhealthy food to feed customers.…

Stupid Baggage restrictions ! Lost a costumer for EVER
They didn’t allowed me to check a well package styrofoam box with all my frozen food for a special event. I fly 30 times a year inside the US and I will be sure to do not leave any single penny to United airlines anymore

Wonderful flight
When we booked our flight through United Airlines, I went to read reviews and oh my was I disappointed. The reviews were awful. But now that the flight is over I can leave a very positive review. Our flight was wonderful from beginning to finish! Everything was great! The flight attendants were polite and trying to meet every need. When they were giving out meals (which were restaurant quality!) I showed my daughter the cheese they gave and said: "Wow, Swiss cheese!". In the next 3 minutes a beautiful stewardess brought me three more sticks :)). Needless to say, we got to try Swiss cheese and Swiss chocolate which they were carrying around the plane several times offering to each passenger. Loved our flight. Thank you to all!…
